For a glimpse into Lake Tahoe’s history, visit the Tallac Historic Site. This 74 acre site is where the 100-year-old Tallac Resort used to reside. Getting to South Lake Tahoe

If you are flying to South Lake Tahoe, you’ll want to fly into Reno Tahoe International Airport. Reno Tahoe International is about 60 miles from South Lake Tahoe.
