Imagine yourself, friends and family 200 feet from the Four O' Clock Ski Run in Breckenridge, Colorado. In the winter the Four O' Clock Run accesses the Snow Flake lift with direct connections to the Peak Eight base area . the 'C' chair to the top of Peak Nine. Or, If you choose, simple walk to the end of the block and get directly on 'Trygve's Run, 10 seconds from the base of Peak Eight and the Colorado and Rocky Mountain high speed quads.
At the end of the day ski down the Four O' Clock Run to within site of your vacation home. No shuttles or cars necessary to start and end your ski day. Your vacation home has all the amenities needed to make for a comfortable and safe holiday. Two roomy master suites with private full baths and king beds, A main floor bedroom with queen bed and adjacent full bath with a full sleeper in the living room. At the patio level a family room with full futon and 4th bedroom and full bath for the kids with four bunks provide comfortable sleeping for 12.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Over 12 feet of counter space for meal preparations creates room for the helpers. The house is stocked for your arrival with toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, hand soap, laundry detergent and kitchen spices. Towels and linens are clean and ready for your use. All you need are your personal items!
The living and family room are equiped with a TV and DVD/VCR for relaxing in the evenings on the leather sectional with two recliners. Games, videos/dvd and a small library are also provided for your entertainment. Both master suites are equipped with televisions also. The family room provides a seperate place for the kids with a flat screen tv and dvd player. A seperate laundry room stocked with all your cleaning needs is also in the home.

A very private deck with hot tub and barbeque and a two car attached garage with racks and room for the toys completes the setting for your vacation getaway.
Local owner Jeff does all the plowing and shovels the decks anytime there is a couple of inches of snow to keep you safe and is available for ski information and any thing he else can do to help.

Jeff and Kathleen skiing Peak 10 4th of July bowl. We moved to Breckenridge in 1994 and have enjoyed all that our great high county offers ever since.
Just a note to let you know how much we enjoyed our vacation at your house last week.
One of my grandchildren wrote a lovely note in your guestbook as did my wife.
The sleeping arrangements worked out perfectly with the kids in the downstairs bunk room and one night my Silverthorne son and grandson used the futon so as to be able to ski early last Saturday.
Our Thanks to you for keeping the driveway plowed and clearing the deck for the access to the hot tub. It made it easy for us to have three cars there and still have space for my local son and his wife to visit. Since they came separately from the pet supply store in Frisco, they did not have to park on the road. It was a great plus.

“The Four O Clock neighborhood is the best location for access to Peak 8 and the rest of the Breckenridge ski area. Our house has immediate access to the Four O Clock Run and the Snow Flake Lift. The street also dead ends one block away at Trygves run on Peak 8 which creates a fantastic opportunity to get quickly on and off the slopes. No bus or driving needed. The home is situated int the woods on a quiet dead end street.”
