This delightful first floor villa offers fabulous views of the
Ocean, Beach, Sound and Beachfront Pool. This villa
has been recently updated in 2021 and is sure to please
every member of your family. It is within easy walking
distance to the South Beach Marina Village and the ever
popular Salty Dog Cafe. This unique villa features a
Private Staircase which leads from the villa directly down
to the Pool & Beach. Enjoy the Dolphins as they swim
along the Shoreline! 3 Minute walk to the South Beach
Pickleball Courts! Guests of 1905 South Beach Club
have access to the Sea Pines Beach Club via the Sea

We had a great time!

The property was clean and updated with plenty of room for our family of 4. We enjoyed the direct access to the pool and beach and the nice ocean view!
