This beachfront rental has a large living area with plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV, and breathtaking views of the blue Atlantic waters. Enjoy meals with a beautiful direct ocean view from the kitchen and dining rooms featuring seating for 10 with additional seating at the kitchen counter for 5.

The oceanfront Master suite features access to the wrap-around balcony, a king-sized bed with a flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, and private bath with a walk-in shower. 3rd bedroom with 2 twins. 3rd bathtub/shower.

Ocean Condo 401 features WiFi, cable TV, a full laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, items for the beach, beach towels, and all of your linens supplied.

Beach essentials include beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, and pool noodles.

The Ocean Condominium complex is one of the few in the Bethune Beach area that allows for weekly rentals. This small complex, consisting of just 20 units, offers breathtaking views of the quiet, car-free beach to the east and the Indian River Lagoon to the west. The Ocean Condominium offers secured entry and underground parking, available on a first come first serve basis. Amenities include an oceanfront pool and spa and a lighted tennis court. Within walking distance, guests will find the Mary McLeod Bethune Beach Park which offers beach volleyball, tennis/basketball courts, a kayak launch, a fishing pier, a playground, and picnic tables. This park also backs up to a well-known manatee area which can be viewed during warm summer months. JB's Fish camp is also within walking distance, offering some of the best local seafood around. A riverfront dining experience, JB's Fish Camp also offers kayak and paddleboard rentals. The Ocean Condominium is just minutes from the Canaveral National Seashore where guests can launch a boat, ride their bike, fish, or walk the trails. A beautiful beach stay - needs some TLC

The condo itself is beautifully appointed and clean. You have a great view of the waterfront and beach. It is a beautiful and comfortable condo. The building itself (and property) however, appear aged and in disrepair. The tennis courts are completely closed and unusable. Both access points to the beachfront are broken down and blocked off completely. The parking structure for us was crumbling with concrete falling from the ceiling. So the building and property need some attention and repair.

Beautiful condo with great ocean views

The condo is absolutely beautiful. The bathrooms have been updated spectacularly for a rental condo. The floorplan is such that the kitchen, living and dining rooms all have great views of the ocean. Wraparound porch is fantastic. One note: if you want to play tennis this is not the place. The tennis court is in bad shape and due to be torn down (according to a neighbor we talked to.

Great location, beautiful view

You can't beat the ocean view from this condo. It was decorated very nicely and the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The beds were also comfortable. The only thing that I would suggest is to replace older kitchen appliances and some of the cookware. Overall, we had a great stay here over Christmas.
