The above picture is a view of a sunset from our deck. Below is the deck and a view of Ke Iki Beach, the beginning of Sunset Beach. The house sits between the beach and Shark's Cove. Pipeline surf break is just down the beach- watch world class surfing when surf is up! Shark's Cove is just down the reef in the other direction and beautiful Waimea Bay is just beyond that. Waimea Canyon and water fall is fabulous - go for a swim there, early morning Yoga, Farmer's Market or Stroll through where the canyon where 5,000 Hawaiians use to live. We are wonderfully close to all these.

Stroll, or run along Sunset Beach - There is a great leisurely bicycle path or walking path just near the house that takes you the length of scenic sunset beach with a public access for ea surf break along the way; it is around two miles of famous surf spots. This area of beach is considered the longest stretch of rideable surf in the world.
Standup paddle boarding is great for exercising your core, balance, arms and back and exploring the ocean and surfing. Or try Paddle boarding from your knees on a specially designed board- you can paddle great distances. Great for your back and shoulders. Kayak along the north shore, bring a fishing pole if you'd like. For Body boarding, body surfing and skim boarding check out the shore break in front of the house if small or Waimea Bay and Sunset Point. The reef in front of the house is a great scuba dive spot and snorkeling spot with turtles, deep reefs.

This charming home sleeps up to six people. There are three bedrooms, two with a comfortable queen beds and a third with two comfortable singles. There is also a full futon/couch in the entry room and another full futon/couch in the living room. Great Lanai furniture as well!
Supermarket, coffee shop, the Pupukea and Sharks Cove food trucks with outdoor eating are a short walk away. The home has laundry facilities, outdoor shower, wireless internet, TV, DVD player, a small stereo with a dock for and Ipod or Iphone, towels and beach towels. There are also two hair dryers. There is, on many occasions, some snorkel gear, fins, boogie boards,reef shoes, beach chairs and umbrellas stored under the house for guests to use.
This is the owner's home where they live; it should be respected as a home. The owners have taken great care in decorating and caring for this special beach house. It is not just another rental; It is very quaint and charming with remodeled kitchen, new front and back lanai/decks, and landscaped front and back lawns with the ever important palm trees swaying to and fro.
Swim,play, body surf or boogie board in the 'smaller' shore break just in front of the house in summer, spring and fall! In winter when surf is up, watch the surfers from the Lanai, or Waimea Bay or further down the beach at Pipe or the many surf breaks!
Great rentals across the street for snorkel gear, surf boards and paddle boards; also for rent in Haleiwa town near the bridge! Bikes are great to have there due to the fabulous bike path; rent from neighbor to left or across the street.
