Two Bedroom, one bath, sleeps six

Live like a Seattleite in one of our privately owned two bedroom urban condominium in the heart of downtown. You'll be steps from shopping, restaurants, theaters, museums and all major downtown attractions. In the Elektra Condominiums,we are 8 blocks east of the Pike Place Market, next to the Washington State Convention Center and 4 blocks from the Westlake and Pacific Place Malls and Monorail (providing a direct link to the Seattle Center, Space Needle and Key Arena). We offer daily rates (minimum 3 night stay - no exceptions) year round and weekly rates October through April. Monthly rates also available. Prorate after 1st month available. Call for rates on stays of 6 months or more.

Cancellations: Cancellations and Refunds

Deposit minus a 10% administrative fee is refundable with cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds of thereafter unless apt. is rerented. Any refunds are based on number of days coinciding with original reservation that the apt. is rerented.

Additional Policies: Also available for an additional charge: Parking, housekeeping services and port-a-crib. All of our apartments are strictly non-smoking, no pets. Our check-in hours are 3pm to 10pm and check-out is noon. Please contact the office in advance if check-in or check-out outside of standard hours will be needed. There is a $50 fee for check-ins later than 10pm to compensate for additional staff time.

Basic utilities (water, sewer, garbage and electric) plus basic cable and wireless high speed internet access is included. Local phone service is not included but may be set up by tenant. All special requests will be noted at time of reservation but cannot be guaranteed. There is an additional fee for parking and will accommodate only small to mid sized vehicles. Laundry facilities are located in the building. A one time $75 cleaning and 3% damage waiver fee is applied to your rental to cover cleaning of your unit when you leave and up to $600 in unintentional property damage. Additional cleaning service is available upon request during your stay at $75 per visit. These are strictly non-smoking, non-pet rooms. Guests will be charged $700 for cleaning and damages if they or their visitors smoke in the room or bring in animals whi

3 Night Minimum: The Elektra Condo Association has a 3 night minimum rental requirement. We do not violate that requirement under any conditions. Please do not ask if we make exceptions to our 3 night minimum stay requirement.

Travelling internationally for 16 years as a management consultant with Microsoft I learned how challenging business travel can be. My best experiences were when I stayed in vacation rentals rather than hotels. I was glad to give up hotel services to stay in a homelike environment with a full kitchen and experience living like a local, particularly when my family travelled with me. After adopting two more children I decided it was time to give up the travelling life and stay closer to home. Starting up this business was just a natural for me. We currently own a few of the properties and professionally manage properties for several other owners and the same building. Because we have a great reputation in the Seattle vacation rental industry and want to keep it, we are very selective about the properties we take on to manage and enusre that our owners keep their properties up to the highest possible standards. Perfect Location

Great location convenient to all amenities. Short walk to the train made travelling to Safeco a snap. Nice big place, sleeps 6 comfortably. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place to stay!

This was such an amazing place to stay! The building was right down town next to all the tourist things and locations! The apartment itself was well furnished and clean and so comfortable! The bed we slept it was spacious and amazingly comfortable! We are from Alaska so the heat in Seattle was horrendous but not to worry the living room has air conditioning! The kitchen was well stocked! And for the Fourth of July the rooftop of the building was the best place to be! Fire works or not the lights of the Seattle sky line are a sight to see! This apartment was such a great spot! The location the rooms everything about this spot was great! I recommend it! We had four in our group and we all were comfortable and happy! When we go back next summer we will for sure stay here again!!!

The ideal location for exploring Seattle!

This property was ideal for exploring Seattle, being just on the edge of downtown and within walking distance of so many attractions. We were able to walk to several of the downtown sites (Pike Place Market, original Starbuck's, Harbourfront, Monorail, Aquarium) and easy access to public transportation to get to the EMP, Space Needle, Safeco Park, Key Arena). The proximity to so many wonderful restaurants was also perfect. The property was well maintained, with everything that we needed for our 5 night stay. We had a few problems with the wifi being disabled at times and the photos on the website show several different condos, not just one so that is a little confusing. I would definitely recommend this condo to others.

Great stay, surprised for the better

Room was much larger than expected in the photos. For most pictures showcasing housing it normally is the opposite, definitely a great surprise. Wifi worked perfectly, smart tv made it easy to use netflix and other apps for group. Right on ground exit floor while away from entrances made location quiet and convenient. Roof balconies on top floor had fantastic views. Room has much sun exposure, can get slightly stuffy and hot during summer seasons. There were many fans and a dehumidifier though to deal with it though. Bathroom window has no shades and it is level to rising street on hill, during night time showers felt slightly exposed if you can install some blinds there. Attempted to keep eye contact with lookers to assert alpha dominance, works easier than peeing on territory. And there was also a netflix account signed into the smart tv. We couldn't figure out how to log out so we used the previous log in info. Added a bunch of chick flicks and anime to their list. But afraid joke might have been in poor taste, the account looked like that of a younger kid and now parents will wonder why kid has big breasted anime women all on his netflix preferred list. If you can definitely try to figure out how to log out of their account and leave directions for future residents on how to log in and out properly. All in all great stay, good pricing, fantastic location to downtown, and definitely an experience I will remember. Just noticed the bullet points... Listing description was accurate, property very clean, customer service was efficient and friendly, would definitely recommend. Came to this location for its close location to Key Arena for The International tournament, went to many downtown restuarants and pike place, all very enjoyable. Especially the conveyor belt sushi restaurant (Blue Sushi). Within 1 minute of sitting down I had a well made dragon and spider roll. Freaking incredible. Thank you for the great stay.

Perfect Location

Excellent access to city attractions (all within walking distance). Freeways close-by. The apartment was clean and well-stocked. We were provided with free parking. Perfect view of downtown. Only improvements would be central air and black-out shades. Enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Fabulous location in the heart of downtown. We bought here because we were impressed by the style of a 1940's building which was updated to condos in the 1990's. The updates were tastefully done while retaining much of the charm of the era. The Elektra Homeowners' CC&R's specifically allow for rentals of 3 days or more making this a great place to buy for owners who wanted to keep a second home in the city, or who find that they need to travel extensively in their profession and have their units empty much of the time. These are the owners we represent. Our owners invest a lot of personal care into maintaining their units because they want to feel as if they are welcoming guests into their own home - which is exactly what they are doing. We have so enjoyed hosting people from all over the country and the world coming to Seattle for temporary work, for relocation, to attend conventions, for medical treatment, to visit family or just to experience this fabulous city and all that it has to offer.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Cleaning Fee $135
  • Tax Rate 9.5%

50% of rental charge required as desposit at time of reservation. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. Refund of deposit minus 10% cancellation fee for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival. No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival unless the property can be rerented.

An $85 cleaning and $50 damage waiver fee is required for all reservations. Tax of 9.5% is applied to all stays of under 30 days. Check-in between 3pm and 10pm. Earlier check-ins may be arranged at no charge if staff and room are available. There is a Late check-in fee for check-ins later than 10pm. We cannot hold luggage prior to check-in or after check out.
