You will treasure the views and privacy that define this elegant North Chatham summer home. You are only steps away from saltwater Crow's Pond and the private, neighborhood beach. From here you can swim or launch a kayak or canoe and explore the inlet, Pleasant Bay and the Atlantic beyond. Your outdoor summer living space includes tastefully furnished stone patios off of both the living room and family room. There is an enclosed outdoor shower and built-in gas grill. The kids will like the sizable, level yard for private, safe outdoor play space.

Inside, it's easy to love the spacious, bright, fully equipped, social kitchen with its stainless steel and granite, massive counter space, including an island with seating for three.

Lounge space abounds with the stunning living room, brilliantly furnished and decorated to capture the essence of the Cape in summer. And there's a second, bonus family room/lounge over the garage with a giant TV, Foosball and a wet bar. The lower level has a TV with couches, great for a movie night.

The five bedrooms, three upstairs and two on the main level, include three kings, two queens and two twins. The home has 3.5 baths, each updated and sparkling.

There is a new Tesla Charging Station (!) and naturally, you'll have high speed WiFi, Cable TV and central air conditioning throughout.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $225 . This property offers a three-night minimum stay during select weeks in September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.

spacious, well-appointed house in quiet area with access to small beach

Plenty of room for everyone. Very comfortable sitting, eating, and sleeping areas. Many amenities were appreciated - wifi, grill, washer/dryer, beach towels. Cooking implements could use an upgrade but a very, very small complaint in an otherwise very desireable and enjoyable location.

Perfect location

We had a great week in Chatham! House was very clean and plenty of room for our group. It was well stocked and we had fun even on the rainy day we had. Cute little beach area directly across from the driveway that had great views. Driveway was big enough for kids to ride their bikes, neighborhood was perfect for running/biking. Location was great to center of Chatham and beaches. Our only complaints were the king beds were very hard. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely return.
