About the Owner
I am East Indian, lived in Barbados for many years and I love it. I am a sport fan, so I enjoy watching live cricket at the Oval and playing golf in all of Barbados finest golf courses. I also like interacting with people, cooking, swimming and spending quality time with my family at the Beach.

My friends and I stayed at this villa for Crop Over and it was the perfect place to relax and have some fun. Besides the spectacular views, it was very safe, comfortable and conveniently located to nearby restaurants, Oistins and St. Lawrence Gap. I would recommend that you stay here.

Very nice condo, clean and safe, perfect location
Excellent stay at this apartment
The apartment was very presentable, with modern furniture and all the amenities one would want on a vacation like this: beach towels, lounge chairs beside the pool, that you could take out to the beach, as long as you took it back after you were done, walk out to the excellent beach, absolutely lovely waters. Our first few days we had big waves, but that didn't hamper our mood.
The kitchen is stocked with a lot of condiments and cooking needs like flower, oil, sugar, ketchup, mustard, salt. We had some food waiting for us in the fridge: milk, eggs, Coke, beer, butter. There were bottle and can openers, sun lotion and after sun lotion, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. All in all, we were very pleased with our choice.
Out of the 3 bedrooms, 2 had ensuites and one bathroom was accesible from the hallway. Wi-fi was very good in the apartment. Our favorite spot was the balcony, where a constant breeze made us not feel the heat and enjoy the perfect view.
The only drawback of the place is that you need to walk at least 20-25 minutes to get to a grocery store like Massy, or to St Lawrence Gap, where there was some night life.
I can recommend this place to anyone, so much so, that we might even return.
Beautiful property, awesome manager, great value
A few specifics:
Indira is awesome. Very helpful with in making this a stress free rental.
Atmosphere: quite, mostly families and older travelers. No big party crowds
The unit: The pictures are accurate and not hiding anything. They cannot do justice to the view. The unit is clean quiet, well stocked with more than basic items, soap, shampoo, starter food, beer, soda really too many items mention. Anything not already in the apt can be bought easily from the nearby store. The units are secure but there is not a safe (didn't feel like one was needed)
Internet is DSL and reasonably fast.
There are Tv and DVD players but no radios
Gated and access restricted, nice pool and small grass area. Chairs were never a problem and can be dragged out onto the beach.
There is a community gas grill which can be used for the cost of propane, 10 Barbados dollars
There is a simple cardio gym with two elipticals and two bikes and one treadmill. There is also a weight room with multiple machines and free weights
Moderate waves, soft sand, do not need water shoes. Some days there is a lot of seaweed, other days none at all. I live at a beach and swim in the ocean often. I'd say that the waves here are usually at least moderate and small kids under the age of 10 will probably need an adult in the water with them. There is an unguarded pool that kids can use if the the waves are too big. The unit had a body board and a floating mat. I saw some small digging tools and a bucket for little kids and a beach umbrella in one of the closets.
Right next to the unit is a hotel with a beach bar. You can walk over and buy drinks or grab some food if you want.
Need for a car. Probably a good idea but not mandatory. You can hire a taxi easily or use the very low cost bus system. The property is an easy walk to Dover beach and St. Lawrance gap (via the Beach).

Our property is located close to the famous Oistins Fish Fry, well known for the best seafood, the Barbados Golf Course and the popular St. Lawrence Gap known for its many dining, entertainment and nightlife.
