Spread out and relax with your family in our luxurious spacious home (over 4,200 sf). All 6 bedrooms are 'Masters' each enjoying its own separate Master Bathroom. Our elevator allows easy access to all levels of our home for any mobility-impaired family members including your pets and makes loading/unloading your luggage and supplies a breeze! Access to private garage and ideally located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Large fenced-in swimming pool together with a smaller kiddie pool (Sorry, Pools are NOT heated) and hot tub for your relaxation.

Our spacious home: Our home was well designed for vacationing families offering an amazing amount of space that allows multiple families to spread out and relax in our 6 Master Bathrooms each with its own private bathroom. All of our Master Bedrooms have direct access to either a deck or pool area. 2 of our Masters feature King beds and also are equipped with luxurious bathrooms including separate powder rooms with his and her sinks, as well as separate shower and whirlpool bath/spa. 3 of our Masters are Queen beds also with private bathrooms with combination shower/tubs. Our final bedroom features 2 pyramid style beds which are essential a bunk style bed but with a double bed below and a twin bed above, each bed sleeps a total of 3, so this room sleeps 6 in total. With 2 large decks and a generously sized pool area, there is plenty of space to spread out and soak up the sun or enjoy the shade too. Our large circular driveway allows for parking of all of your family's vehicles.

Our well-equipped home: Our home is exceptionally well furnished for your vacationing needs as well. Our elevator allows you to bring the whole family including those with mobility issues with a walker/wheelchair or even your 4 legged family members that have problems with stairs. Our Great Room provides lots of room to spread out and seating for dining. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking necessities with 2 dishwashers. Our Rec Room's wet-bar is equipped with a second refrigerator for keeping all your drinks cold and a second microwave for making all that popcorn to enjoy watching movies on our 50' HDTV and Home Theater System. The Rec Room also has Foosball and a full size pool table. There 2 sets of washers and dryers for your laundry needs as well. Our upper level Great Room is bright and airy offering the best pocket views of the ocean on the block (1000 ft from the beach)

Our Perfect Location: Sea'z A Dream is ideally located within easy walking distance to the beach & to local restaurants, groceries, recreation and shopping. You can literally park your car, relax & walk to everything you may want during your stay!! Your hardest decisions may be to choose which of the great restaurants within walking distance to try during your visit!! Walk to the beach (1050 feet to the beach) or drive your car/beach gear to our convenient community parking lot located right at the beach access. TimBuckII Shopping Center is located across the street (short walking distance) with over 60 shops, great restaurants and recreational opportunities to choose from such as jet ski rentals, Mini-golf and Bumper Cars. Monteray Plaza is adjacent to our Buck Island development (less than 1,000 feet) with access to Food Lion for groceries, dozens of shops, bars & restaurants as well as recreation like a rock climbing wall or Movie Theaters!

About the Owner

We love the Outer Banks and have been coming here for years. I'm not sure who loves it more, my wife and I, or our 10 year old Lab Rudy. Rudy seems to become a puppy again when we get to the beach, especially when swimming in the ocean. Visits to our home away from home are rejuvenating for us all and I think will be for you and your family too!

Our stay at Seaz a Dream was one of the best vacations! In fact, we just finished booking for 2015! It is conveniently located within walking distance of everything. The house was spacious, bright, clean and was very comfortable for our family/friends. Leslie's vacation rental made it easy to book and Dan and Kevin were very responsive. We are looking forward to staying again in September of 2015.

Our family has stayed in this beautiful home nearly every year since it was built ten or more years ago. The elevator is essential in years when our physically handicapped nephew is with us. In other years it's useful for moving luggage and groceries. Amenities include two refrigerators, two sets of laundry equipment, two dishwashers, and an ice maker. The yard has an afternoon-shaded pool and baby pool along with a free-standing jacuzzi and outdoor shower. The recreation room has a pool table the kids especially enjoy. Each bedroom has its own bath. The location is perfect for a short walk to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, movies, and shopping. Everything needed is within walking distance so that no car is necessary unless desired. The property has always been clean and well-maintained. Over the years furniture and appliances have been replaced as needed. We love walking on the beach, climbing to the top of the lighthouse, taking family/friends photos near the lighthouse, riding bikes, eating at Route 12, shopping at Gray's, getting tea and coffee at Dunkin Donuts, having dessert at Dairy Queen, renting wave runners, going parasailing, playing golf, and just reading and relaxing. We highly recommend Sea'z a Dream, just not the week we want to be there!

Our Orange County, California family has rented Sea'z a Dream annually since it was built in 1999. We connect with our East Coast family and friends for two glorious weeks in the subdivision Buck Island in Corrolla.

We initially chose the house because it was near Tim Buck Too, the Food Lion, the Tomato Patch, Dairy Queen (and now Dunkin Donuts) and this meant that we could take our vacation without getting in the car again until it was time to head home. We love walking and biking to the beach from this conveniently located house with ocean views from the third floor but not ocean front pricing!!

Another reason was the elevator. One family member can't navigate the stairs of a three story home, so it was important to have the elevator (which was uncommon in 1999).

We love the top floor, family area layout. The family room area accomodates the entire group. There is meal sitting for 14+ before using the outside porch. The kitchen has an ice machine, not that it can be used to fill the coolers, but works well for drinks. The views are wonderful and because the house is at the end of the cul de sac, there is ore privacy.

A surprising feature that we have loved over the years is the baby pool. When we first went, the youngest and only child was 3. Over the years, another 11 more children in the immediate family have enjoyed the small pool just for them.

The bottom floor has always had interesting activities; now it is a pool table. So as the kids have grown, having that area available for kid movies, kid games has been wonderful.

The house is a very easy walk to the boardwalk. The subdivision of Buck Island has a lifeguard station immediately at the end of the boardwalk. Plus there is a vendor that sets up umbrellas and chairs for a rental charge, which we have always used.

Love this house, love this neighborhood!!

My extended family had a wonderful time at this property. Every bedroom has a private bath which is a terrifc feature. Very clean and airy. Lovely pool and the additional kiddie pool was great fun for the two toddlers. Buck Island is a well-planned community with lifeguards at the ocean beach and lovely homes...great area for biking & walking. Each morning we would take the short stroll to the ocean beach with our towels, cooler and sand toys for the kids and feel free to come & go all day. My daughter & I had a wonderful time on the wild horse tour & the go-karts at Timbuktu were a big hit with the boys. Everyone enjoyed our week.

We love our pristine Buck Island development. I think it is easily the most beautiful development on the Northern OBX beaches - check out my photos and see for yourself. Buck Island offers great amenities and with the central location between Timbuck II and Monterey Plaza there is an amazing amount of shopping/dining/recreation/entertainment opportunities, enough to park the car and easily walk to everything we need during our stay!

Activity and Interests

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to nearly anything you could want or need during your vacation. With our proximity to both Timbuck II and Monterey Plaza, you may choose to park your car for your entire stay and enjoy short strolls to dozens of restaurants, a brewpub, a multitude of shops, a grocery store (Food Lion), coffee shops, fantastic bagel shop, ice cream shops, movie theaters, souvenir shops, mini golf and bumper cars!

Other Activities: Shopping, Kayaking, Boating, Parasailing, Shelling, Wildlife Viewing, Health/Beauty Spa, Basketball Court, Miniature Golf

Golf: Great Location for Golfers... Just over 2 miles from the prestigious Currituck Club Golf Course, a Rees Jones designed 6888 yard, par 72 golf course awarded a spot on Golf Magazine's list of 'Top 10 You Can Play.' Golf Digest also ranked The Currituck Club as one of the Top 25 courses in North Carolina.
