Fall in LOVE with this gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Fort Myers HEATED POOL AND HOT TUB (NEW DECEMBER 2021) home that sleeps 6 WITH BOAT DOCK! Deep water direct Gulf Access for sailboats & large boats. One minute from the river! Newly renovated with tile throughout. Kayak, Paddleboard and fishing poles provided. Bring your boat & water toys or rent one nearby. Spend the day relaxing on the dock by the water or by the pool! Soak your cares away in our hot tub. Work or relax from "home" during these uncertain times. Close to the airport & I-75.

The space
The large kitchen and great room are perfect to entertain the family while being in stay at home or work from home mode! The back lanai and pool deck are large for relaxing or entertaining. Work on your Florida Tan or soak away your cares in our hot tub. Fully furnished with a kitchen stocked with all of the essentials. Master bedroom has a king sized bed and private ensuite bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and hallway bathroom. Living room has a pull out couch.

Other things to note
Karen and I have lived in Fort Myers for 21 years and in this neighborhood for 3 years and are happy to give you recommendations for activities, restaurants, shopping, etc. We live 1 block away and own the property and manage it. Do not get stuck in a vacation rental managed by some far away management company.

NOTE: If you need a same day check in - ask us - VRBO will say it is not possible, but if the house is ready we can accommodate you.

Great house, great owners

This is a great house and fabulous pool!! The house has everything you need and great quality items. Definitely the most comfortable beds and pillows we’ve had at a vrbo, which was amazing! There’s a kayak and paddle board, umbrella, beach chairs, everything you could think of for playing in the warm FL sunshine. The owners were very responsive, gave us great recommendations. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great and relaxing

Very quiet property with great neighbours. Mike helped us rent a boat for a few days and we saw dolphins several times just around the corner. The beds and furniture was very comfortable The only issue was the washer broke however Mike had it replaced that day. We would definitely stay again

My family has been vacationing for a week together in MN for the past 30 summers and have grown from 5 to 30 people. This property sleeps 6 and we have 2 other properties that sleep 9 and 20. We want to offer unique high end properties that will create many memories like we have made over the last 30 years with our family. Karen and I have been renting vacation properties for the past 5 years and have grown to love and respect what makes a vacation rental special. Why they chose this property

This property is on a deep and wide canal 1 minute from the Intracoastal Waterway which stretches from Maine to Texas. We can accommodate large and small boats and even sailboats. Don't have a boat or a jet ski, you can rent one nearby and have the same kind of fun that waterfront people have known and have come to enjoy. Our pool is brand new and very nice. We welcome your pets (dangerous breeds not allowed).

What makes this property unique

Deep and wide canal 1 minute from the river. 1 hour boat drive to the Gulf of Mexico. A fun tropical restaurant called The Boathouse is 5 minutes away right on the river. We are 5 minutes from the freeway, 20 minutes from RSW airport, 30 minutes from PGD airport and five other major airports are within 2.5 hours. We recommend Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach 35 minutes away, Fort Myers Beach 45 minutes or Sanibel Island 50 minutes. During our winter season, we recommend arriving before 9:30am to find a parking spot.
