Lofted and ready for the whole family to spread out and enjoy the mountain vibes of South Lake, this perfectly rustic condo will be just the place to make the best lake memories. Sitting mere steps from the water and a short drive from the slopes, you will have the best of both worlds at this retreat. Come summer, the sparkling pool will be the hub for tanning or letting the kids play Marco Polo. Plus, the shared hot tub and sauna can help you unthaw after a day of shredding fresh powder. Returning to home base will be a blast each night, as the chef of the group can whip up tasty meals in the full kitchen as the rest of the group streams a favorite show on the flatscreen TV in the living room. Don't hesitate to sip a glass of wine out on the private balcony!
Split into three levels, everyone will be able to enjoy their own piece of paradise. The lower level is home to three beautiful bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are home to two queen beds each and the last bedroom contains a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The middle level has one bedroom with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The loft will be ideal for the kiddos with two twin beds!
With such a central location on Lake Tahoe Boulevard, you and your guests will have no trouble enjoying a fresh stack of pancakes at Heidi's Pancake House, a cup of coffee at The Red Hut Café, or a nice evening out at Riva Grill On the Lake all within walking distance of the condo. Though summer will be the time for boating, fishing, swimming, and tanning on the warm sand, winter will bring fresh powder that will be calling the skiers of the group. There is no need to worry about a long commute to the slopes, as Heavenly Mountain Resort is just two miles away.
Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are in use in the common areas only.
Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
