Only 10 minutes away from Osage Beach and Bagnell Dam which host numerous restaurants, shopping centers, fine dining, fast food and grocery stores. Also close by is The Shawnee Bend public boat launch. Your newly renovated home away from home, Cimmaron Bay Retreat is ideal for both indoor and outdoor entertainment. Amazing new concrete dock, including a granite outdoor bar that seats 12 with enclosed entertainment room, fridge, a smart TV and its own WiFi. Swim platform has second outdoor TV, lounge chairs, swim ladder and diving platform. Guests have access to a 14x40 open boat slip (no lift) and double jet ski slip with lifts. Huge multi level tiered deck with large dining table, ample seating, and fire pit. Comfortable screened in rooms off of dining room and upstairs master bedroom. Main floor master bedroom has balcony with deck access and outdoor furniture. Perfect for your morning coffee or mimosa while watching the sunrise. Two car garage and street parking for three vehicles (total of five available parking spaces). High speed fiber internet and smart TVs throughout house. You’ll never want your vacation to end!

Our home is ideal for multiple families. Lots of space and a warm comfortable feel. For that reason, we do not allow Bachelor/Bachelorette parties or the like. Our neighborhood is very private and secluded, full of other amazing families. We ask that you respect them by shutting down outdoor activities and moving inside by 12AM on weekends and 11PM on week nights. Your adherence to this is very much appreciated!!

Great location and property

Wonderful property

Love our week at Bobby’s property. It was a great house for the 9 of us. We love the outdoor decks and fire pit. We wanted for nothing!

Relaxing Week

We were very pleased with the house, patios and dock. We were just a short walk from fishing and swimming. Six grand kids fished and swam from 8am to 8pm every day. The dock with the diving platform and large swim carpet were definitely our favorite features. Accommodation were very comfortable. Definitely recommend this location for a family get away. Host was easy to communicate with and responsive to our requests.

Perfect Family Vacation

What a wonderful home to rent for your large family vacation. The layout of the house was ideal as everyone had their own place to escape to if needed with little ones napping or just time of your own. A lot of fridge and freezer space in kitchen, garage, and at dock. Sitting in the screened-in porches and on the deck was so peaceful in the evening and mornings. THE VIEW is breathtaking!

Best dock around, but rough waters with a boat!

The dock was amazing! We spent most nights enjoying the view and the fishing right from the dock. The house was beautiful and comfortable as well. Great location for boating over to Dogs Days and Backwater Jacks and enjoying the pools! We did bring our tri toon and attempted to tie up Saturday upon our arrival, which was challenging with the rough water from all the boat traffic. We had some damage to the boat from all the thrusting around Saturday into Sunday, so if bringing a boat, I would suggest avoiding the weekends. An added note to the listing about the rough waters on weekends if bringing a boat may be helpful to future boaters like us as well. We still had an amazing time and enjoyed our stay. If a boat lift for renters ever becomes a possibility, we would certainly be back. Thanks!

Our oldest daughter is a student at University of Missouri and we have fallen in love with the Ozarks.
