It's an easy walk to the beach! Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just over one mile from the condo. Gator Beach, just under two miles from the condo, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals, including a rare albino alligator. Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, just over seven miles from this condo.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
