Welcome to the Seagull Cottage!

This is a classic 1940's Island Cottage Home in a perfect location near the Village, full of character and charm!

This 2 Bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home with kids sleeping nook (sleeps 4 +2 children) has beautiful hardwoods and tile throughout. Seagull cottage is located within walking distance to Mallory Park and the Village/Pier Area which boasts wonderful pubs, restaurants, shops, library, beach access and a public pool, along with tennis courts, and pickle ball courts. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and has easy access to the many bicycle and walking paths that St. Simons Island has to offer.

You will love the extra gathering space in the sunroom which also leads to a deck overlooking a large fenced-in back yard, full of live oaks the Island is famous for. There’s a great outdoor shower, and a shady sitting area for a BBQ with the family.

2 bikes included for guest use.

Cute coastal cottage

This is our 2nd Fourth of July staying here. We adore this place- very homey,comfortable, & close to the pier. We hope to stay again next year too.

Charming House!!

The cottage was absolutely charming and well kept. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were so nice! No complaints! Wonderful experience- I'm looking for a time to come back and stay here again!

Perfect Getaway

Loved Seagull Cottage! Clean and very comfortable. The house is close to town, beaches and located in a great spot for morning walks. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Great place, a few minor inconveniences

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage is pleasant and well appointed and in a nice location. The one glaring irritation was the incomprehensible heating system. It was very cold the first two nights we were there, and the system only let us "move" the temperature up to, say, 70 or 71, but then would say "Temperature between 70 and 76 for the next three hours." There was NO way to set it to a temperature and leave it, meaning we'd wake up at 2am shivering with the temperature having dropped to 58 degrees. Very annoying. Aside from getting that detail fixed, we'd gladly stay there again.
