Great location, fantastic place to stay!

Thank you Deborah & Dale for opening up your home to us, I am so grateful that my first experience of a private rental was with you guys!
I live in the UK and was coming to Beverly Hills to have surgery, so I needed a place to stay that was peaceful, private, safe and of course close to my Dr. After scouring through lots of listings and not really finding anything that was a “good fit” I came across this rental…
The photos showed this wonderful fresh apartment, with a relaxing garden on Rodeo Drive and upon contacting the owner (Deborah) who was very warm and accommodating I decided to book.
When I got there I was so happy to find that everything was EXACTLY as in the photos and description.
As soon as I walked into the guesthouse I immediately felt as though I had arrived “home”. The main living room area is really spacious and served my sister and I who were staying there very well. However, we could have easily had another two people staying with us with and been comfortable. There are two very cosy single beds tucked away on either side of the living area (nice size dining table, sofa and tv) and a highly recommended, addictive double bed in the main bedroom with an area where you can just sit and relax or read a book or two.
One thing we really loved was that we had our own balcony that we could access from the living area and the bedroom and have breakfast overlooking the garden in the mornings. As I was in recovery mode, I spent most of my days in the apartment and I can tell you it was such a pleasant relaxing experience. Whole foods is a short taxi ride away as are lots of lovely restaurants and of course the shops on Rodeo Drive. The kitchen is a good size and has all the amenities you would need in order to prepare a lovely meal during your stay. Wifi was our lifeline to keep in touch with family and watch Netflix during my recovery and it was a great speed regardless of how many iPhones, iPads and laptops we connected.
Something we really respect about the hosts is their view on saving water, they have installed a water saving shower head in the bathroom which means that the shower isn't high pressure (but equally as effective) and it was very refreshing to see this eco way of thinking from residents in an area where excess is usually the norm. I am due for the second phase of my op in the next few months and I will certainly be scheduling it around when this apartment is free to book. Thanks again Deborah and Dale see you soon! x

Perfect LA getaway

Perfect location, perfect hosts!

This place was charming! Location could not have been any better. Honestly, perfect. Very charming and historic feeling. Beds were ridiculously comfortable!! Kitchen very well equipped and bathroom was gorgeous! Debbie and Dale were wonderfully kind and very helpful and always made us feel welcome. They were doing some updating on the kitchen the weekend we were there and were very kind to make sure workers weren't in our way and I bet the finished results are lovely! Definitely staying here again! (Greetings from the Far North Deb and Dale!)

We have never been to LA, and to have the opportunity to stay in this comfortable guesthouse made our trip amazing. Debbie is extremely friendly and very accommodating. She gave us excellent recommendations for our visit. The guesthouse was clean and spacious with great outdoor space and its private. 100 times better than staying in a hotel. One of the best features is the location. We were literally 5 minutes away from Rodeo Drive and all the cool Beverly Hills shops and cafes/restaurants. All the other hot spots are also not far at all. Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Hollywood, West LA, are all a close drive.

This place is a hidden gem. Can't wait to return.

Magnifique location au cœur de Berverly Hills

Nous sommes un couple avec 2 enfants (10 et 13 ans) et avons loué la "guesthouse" pour 5 nuits, à la fin de notre circuit sur la cote Ouest. La location est très spacieuse et très confortable. La piscine (partagée avec les locataires de la maison principale) est très grande et très agréable. Le jardin est calme et superbe. Nous avons pris nos repas sur la terrasse et fait un barbecue. La location est situé au cœur de Beverly Hills (à pieds du Berverly Hills Hotel, 15 min des plages, 10 min d'Hollywood, 2 min du Sunset bld, et à pieds des restaurants et commerces très chic de Rodeo Drive ), à notre avis un des meilleurs endroit où séjourner à LA.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, prévenants et disponibles si besoin. Nous ne parlions pas couramment l'anglais, ce qui n'a posé aucun soucis.
Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

This room does not have a door that closes it off from the rest of the apartment. If you are traveling with a third child, it's possible to set up an extra bed in the sitting room area of the bedroom (see photos). We also keep a Pack 'n Play on hand for babies.
