Perfect for an individual or a couple looking for an elite address within a tranquil setting. When traveling with a child, request an extra bed. Bright, cheerful, but simple. This apartment is functional and comfortable, not luxurious. Full service kitchen and laundry room. A wall of six French doors look out over a half-acre garden, shaded by tall Eucalyptus trees and lush bougainvillia.

For cocktails walk over to the Polo Lounge. Swim in a salt water ool, or dine under the stars on your own private patio. Within walking distance to all shops and restaurants on Rodeo Drive. Wifi, cable TV, laundry room, on site parking included.

Absolutely amazing and tranquil place!

After a 6 day (and pretty hectic) business trip in San Francisco, this was the perfect retreat for me. It has that feel as the apartment is situated at the back of the main house, amongst a very pretty tranquil garden and setting. As soon as we arrived Dale made us feel at ease and helped us in and showed us around. He was very helpful with our car too, as so was Deborah. I completely agree with the reviews that this is a hidden gem, away from the hustle and bustle of, be it Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive. The owners and hosts Deborah and Dale are amazing people. They were helpful and approachable throughout our stay (and didn't mind us breaking one of their plates, that's of course not to say that it's ok to do this!). A car helps here as although all the main attractions are close by, traffic in LA is on par with London (ie not good!). Using public transport would lengthen your day to day journeys/travels greatly. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone considering staying here and next time I am in the area, I would consider staying again too. It's a beautiful place owned by lovely welcoming people.

Awesome owners; relaxing, secure, and comfortable!

The most relaxing, secure, and comfortable rental we have had the privilege of renting!!

We have rented in several areas of LA over the last couple of years trying to find
something convenient, somewhat quiet, comfortable, and secure feeling. Up to now, we had found some nice rentals, but none compare to this rental.
The owners, Dale and Debbie, and this rental filled all of our expectations and more. When we arrived, Dale met us in the driveway and walked us inside to tell us about the property, neighborhood, nearby stores, restaurants, etc.. He also provided info about anything we might need to know about the rental, parking, etc., and made sure we knew how to contact him and his wife if we
needed anything during our stay. We were also pleased to find the rental already had cold water in the fridge, ice in the freezer, and fresh/sealed coffee for the coffee maker. I was pleasantly surprised at how well stocked and
accommodating this rental was, and how accessible the owners were.

My two teen daughters and I felt very comfortable in this studio rental. Debbie and Dale brought in a second bed to be sure we had sufficient sleeping room, and offered to help with anything else we might need while we were there.

The space was more than sufficient and was very comfortable. We even had a friend over for dinner and a game night and had more fun than we'd had in recent memory! We didn't want to leave, it felt like a second home. If this rental is available on our future visit dates, we will definitely be back!! :)

I highly recommend this property rental and its owners, they are the quintessence of quality rental owners. This rental was the most comfortable and secure feeling we have experienced, in both accommodations and owner
availability/helpfulness in the many times we have rented in the LA area!

First off Debbie and Dale were awesome hosts! They were very welcoming and accommodating during our week stay.

The property was very clean and has everything you need. Situated in Beverly Hills this was a perfect place to rent, you are close to almost everything. It was very safe and secure. The space was very bright and spacious, you really get the Los Angeles vibe here !!

We would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to LA who's is looking to experience all the west side has to offer!! From the Beach to the Hollywood sign you get to see it all..

5 Star Studio in Heart of Beverly Hills

I stayed in this adorable studio while working in LA for several weeks. The location is so convenient to not only Beverly Hills, but to the highway, Hollywood, and much more. The grounds are lovely, the studio has everything you could ever need and the bed was amazingly comfortable. I truly hated to leave after 10 days.

Debbie, the owner, and her wonderful family were so helpful and kind. Their hospitality was so genuine and so appreciated.

Perfect Beverly Hills Getaway

This studio was definitely a home-away-from-home for my husband and me during our visit to Los Angeles in October. The accommodations were clean and bright and included all the amenities we needed to enjoy meals in our room. The garden setting allows you to forget that you are in one of the biggest cities in America. Even in this peaceful setting, the location is perfect for shopping Rodeo Drive, taking long walks through Beverly Hills, and enjoying fine restaurants and excursions. The hosts are delightful and welcoming, and truly wanted our experience to be extraordinary. I highly recommend this vacation getaway.

Fantastic in every way

My teenage children and I returned to the studio after a wonderful stay two years ago. The studio is superb, ultra clean, comfortable and it overlooks an amazing garden.
The location could not be better, right on N. Rodeo Drive, close enough to walk to the shops on Rodeo Drive or just stroll along this oasis in L.A.
Debbie and Dale are wonderful, friendly and helpful yet very respectful of one's privacy.
I often recommend it to friends and relatives.

Historic property located on one of the most exclusive streets in the world. Safe, beautiful and tranquil neighborhood but centrally located and within walking distance to downtown Beverly Hills. This house has been in Deborah's family since 1941. Deborah's father was a Hollywood screenwriter who wrote STALAG 17 with Billy Wilder. We bought it from her parents 22 years ago. It's a well known house in Beverly Hills because it's one of two examples of the Craftsman style in the city. People often tell us it's their favorite house in Beverly Hills.
