Perfect Vacation

  • 5 of 5
Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!! The view was absolutely amazing, including the mama bear and three cubs we watched play from the balcony every evening!! The five king beds and a bathroom for each bedroom, was the perfect set up for our family of 8 adults and 2 kids. The house was very clean and well stocked!! We can't wait to return!!

This was our first time to the Gatlinburg area and the whole family enjoyed it and said it was the best vacation they have ever been on. The cabin was absolutely beautiful we could not have picked a better place the view was amazing. We saw bears and enjoyed the hot tub and pool table all while spending quality family time. Can not wait to come back already and we just got home thanks for sharing this lovely home with us.

In choosing a place to stay while in the Gatlinburg area, we were looking for a place with a spectacular view to enjoy and spend some much needed family time. We were lucky enough to come across this property. Our family arrived from all around the country for a 5 day stay and we could not have been more pleased. The chalet was clean and beautiful and the view was nothing short of breath taking. The description was very accurate, right down to the bear that came by to visit. (A definite highlight of the trip). Jeff was very pleasant to work with and solved any minor issues that we ran across very promptly. The air mattresses were not in working order during our stay, Jeff offered to have them replaced the same day, but we utilized the couches and it was no real issue. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, glasses and silverware. We cooked most our meals at the chalet and could have used a few more pots and pans. And we are a pancake eating group, so a griddle would have come in handy, but that is the only "negative" we encountered. The Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge area has countless things to do. We took advantage of hiking the trail to Laurel Falls, ziplining, shopping, going to the Ripley's aquarium, riding the Ober Gatlinburg tram, where we were able to take great pictures of the chalet, playing pool, relaxing in the hot tub and sitting on the deck enjoying the peaceful sunrise each morning and the amazing view through out the day. We even hired a local photographer to take some long over due family photos. We are taking back great memories and this chalet plays a huge part of that. The chalet is well maintained and extremely affordable. I would highly recommend it if you are planning a stay in the area, you won't be disappointed! Thank you Jeff for sharing this property.

Amazing View

After a 14 hour drive up from Florida, 9 month old baby and two dogs in tow, we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and comfy this cabin was. It's much more cozy than shown in the pictures. My teenage cousins had never seen snow and they not only got to see it, they got to ski and snowboard at Ober Gatlinburg less than a mile away. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and had it not been snowing and freezing out, we would have loved to spend more time out there. All in all it was fantastic and I highly recommend.

We just got home from a GREAT vacation and LOVED this home! 'A View Unlimited' is an appropriate name. Just incredible. In addition, the house was clean and as advertised PLUS the owner is very responsive and is quick to respond to any questions.

Highly recommended!
