Great little cabin !!

  • 4 of 5
I rented for a weekend stay in the summer. Great location and decent little place to stay. Its right between Frisco and Breck driving wise, for out of towners not from CO and skiing its a 15 min drive to the slopes max, real close. Nice fireplace, loft with one bedroom and some couches folks could sleep on. Not too big fyi, maybe 2 couples or small family. Overall quality is not the greatest (more down home cabin style than updated condo) but quaint enough. For the money and location you cant beat it, Ill return for sure. Owner seems reasonable and respectful.

We absolutely Loved this Place. My wife and I were the only guests and it was just "Perfect" Easy access and close to everything you might need from groceries to supplies. The setting is in the pine trees and we didn't See many people in the other houses situated nearby. If you are looking for that nice quiet place that's going to deliver more then expected then you have found the place and all that at a very affordable price. We absolutely will return "Lord Willing" either in the Fall or possibly next winter. Thank you Bryan for being such a wonderful host and may we meet again. Sincerely, Mark & Carol from Lake Havasu City, Arizona

Great location, great rates

  • 4 of 5
I recently stayed in this Breck cabin with four other friends. The cabin was cute and clean, and the owner was accommodating and easy to work with. It was a bit tight with five adults (as far as sleeping arrangements), but not too bad. I do wish there had been some outdoor seating for the summer guests, but that's about it. Overall, we really enjoyed the cabin and our stay. We'd definitely return.

Great Cabin!

  • 5 of 5
My wife and I had a long weekend away over labor day weekend. It was a great cabin. Perfect for two or a small family (probably not more than four).

The main bedroom is upstairs and you have to climb a ladder to get there. This is very clear in the description and pictures. I have MS so we decided to stay downstairs. The fold out couch was very comfortable and this turned out to be great as we had the nice fireplace right next to us.

The cabin was EXTREMELY clean. The TV and wireless internet worked great. The location was great.

Location

From the Owner

We chose this location because it is just outside of town in a quiet mountain neighborhood with lots of privacy and space. Downtown Breckenridge can be too crowded during the ski season.
