Sweeping staircases of gorgeous wrought iron bannisters lead you to 4-levels of living areas. The foyer has soaring ceilings. Unit is light and bright with tremendous windows but total privacy with beautiful views of landscape or city. The kitchen has top of the line, stainless steel appliances. 2 fireplaces. There are 2 serene decks and a patio of gardens. Estate living in a townhome. Direct access to a privite 2-car garage with full laundry.

My husband and I have moved to NYC to be closer to our grandchildren. We love our home in Santa Monica where my husband rode his bike every morning and I walk on the beach everyday. We know we will return here someday and for now we are happy to share this magical spot with our friends on VRBO. We have been part of the VRBO family for 8 years and have enjoyed the wonderful guest we have found here. Prime Location in Beautiful Santa Monica

This townhouse couldn't be beat for my husband, myself, our two grown children, their spouses and our 2 one year-old grandchildren. The location is superb. The townhouse is decorated beautifully and clean. The master bed was very, very comfortable. Because there are four levels, you can "get away" and have some privacy without leaving the house. Cathy has all the necessary baby proof paraphernalia if needed. The house was well stocked with towels, beach towels, laundry and cleaning needs. We all had a great time and the cost was much cheaper than paying for three hotel rooms and eating out for every meal. Great, great find.

Amazing Townhouse

We arrived with high expectations for the townhouse because of the stunning pictures we saw online. The townhouse was EXACTLY how it appeared online if not better! The decor is beautiful, it comfortably accommodated 8 people and never felt cramped or too small. We all had our own space to get away to if needed. The location could not be any better. We chose to not rent a car as it was easy to get a cab if it was needed, however, the home is in walking distance to everything we wanted.
We will definitely come back and the plan will be to stay here again. I can't imagine topping it!!!

Beautiful townhouse with the best location! Great weather! We enjoyed walking to the beach. We walked to breakfast everyday at the 3rd St Promenade. Best coffee at Cafe Crepe! Wonderful farmers market on Saturdays. Just the best time in a long time! Highly recommend renting this townhouse.

Absolutely Fabulous ~ The Townhouse and Our Stay!

We could not have had a better experience!

The townhouse was absolutely amazing, extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated, and perfectly situated for our wedding weekend at the beginning of March 2014. We were looking for a place to use as a sort of hub over the course of a wedding weekend. (Six of us stayed at the townhome and an additional six in-town guests periodically also came to the house throughout the course of the weekend.)

Since the ceremony itself was on the beach on Saturday morning, it was extra special for the townhouse to be within walking distance to Santa Monica Beach. We all had a wonderful and most memorable experience of walking together to the beach from the townhouse and then back after the ceremony. (The townhouse being walking distance to 3rd St. Promenade was indeed a bonus.) We also wanted a place where a personal chef could use the kitchen to prepare brunch for the attendees, and the townhouse definitely provided this opportunity. On what might seem a strange topic, and having lived in California before, I was surprised that we hadn't thought of how great having the multiple parking spots would be (garage and street). The varied parking options were so helpful and appreciated.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will always RAVE about the amazing place/home we got to stay at during our special weekend! Much joy and appreciation!

Gorgeous Townhouse in excellent location!

Our family of six adults were so pleased with the property from the minute we arrived. It was exactly like pictured online. Very clean and quite elegant. We felt a bit pampered with all the extras it had to offer. We enjoyed the beautiful rooms including a bathroom with each bedroom. The evenings were cool so the fireplaces were just the thing to put a bit of warmth in the room.
We found the owner and manager to be very helpful, friendly and personable.
Our visit was short, only 3 full days so we packed much into that time. While in Santa Monica we enjoyed eating at Bubba Gump restaurant at Palisades Park on the pier - great shrimp there. Another good place was Mariasol - very good food. We enjoyed being by the beach and other attractions nearby. Also enjoyed attending St. Monica Catholic Church which was close by.
We chose to stay in Santa Monica due to a friend's recommendation as it was within an hour of a cancer walk we were participating in and are we are so happy we took his advice. The cancer walk was great and was organized 13 years ago by our niece and her husband. She is gone now but her dream continues.
We would highly recommend others to come and stay at this wonderful townhouse. Our family made many great memories to share of our fun trip to California! One day we hope to come back and visit again! Thanks!!

Our guests tell us that our townhouse is the most beautiful property available in Santa Monica. It is the front unit of a 5 unit new building. It is full of light, comfortable and spacious. Even though it is in walking distance and is in the middle of everything Santa Monica has to offer, our street is quiet. The home has it's own enclosed 2 car garage with top of the line washer & dryer. The entryway lead to 2 bedrooms with their own full bathrooms as well as a guest bathroom. A winding staircase lead to the living room, kitchen, dining room with a gas fire place in the center of the room. The next floor is a family room with a large HD TV and a patio. Every bedroom is equipped with a television and full Dish TV. The top floor is another bedroom, full bathroom with shower and tub and a sun deck. You will love it here!

Our beach house is so bright and cheery. It is spacious with lots of places for get-togethers and lots of places to find solace. It has the feel of a much larger home with the high ceilings and open spaces. We love it here!
