Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals is pleased to provide this comfortable and newly renovated 1 bedroom vacation rental condominium in Seattle's hip and exciting Belltown neighborhood. This home away from home is easy walking distance to some of Seattle's best restaurants and the Pike Place Market. It's convenient to all of Downtown Seattle and the Convention Center, as well as downtown Seattle employers, making it an excellent choice for both a vacation rental and corporate housing.

This property is managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.

The unit features a Puget Sound Water View from nearly every room, including the balcony off the living room. You'll feel pampered and notice the difference in the quality of accommodations!

Enter the property and immediately you notice the abundant natural light that floods the living area from the oversized windows, even on Seattle's rainiest days. The airy blue walls enhance the light, and make an inviting oasis in the middle of the city. The view from the window will draw you in with Seattle's Elliott Bay and Puget Sound beyond acting as the backdrop for this exciting vacation property.

The spring green walls and white cabinets invite you to whip up whatever meal you have your heart set on in our fully stocked kitchen. High end stainless steel appliances and granite counters complete this cook's paradise.

In the bedroom find a highly comfortable and plush bed. You will sleep well here! Look out onto Elliott Bay and the iconic ferries and other shipping traffic from the comfort of the bed. The divided bathroom makes life convenient when sharing this wonderful space with others, and the spring green color palette makes for a tranquil setting.

To be clear, A/C is provided via a window unit during summer months (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

Great location with a view.

My husband, daughter and I truly enjoyed our stay at "the oasis"! It was very convenient to everything we wanted to include in our 3-day visit to Seattle. . .dinner @ the Space Needle, bus tour of Seattle and Snoqualmie Falls, climbing Mount Rainier, Pike Place Market and not one, but two, dinners at Belltown Pizza (The cheesy bread there was to die for and we wish we could have it shipped back home!). We WILL return to Seattle one day and look forward to it! Thank you for making our stay comfortable!

Hot summer in Seattle

  • 2 of 5
The rental under most circumstances would have been satisfactory however it was an exceptionally hot summer period when we visited Seattle. The apartment did not have air conditioning and the room was stifling even with the windows open. The front apartment overlooked a frequent bus stop and consequently it was noisy all day beginning at 0530. The complex allowed dogs in other apartments and whilst they were quiet, they frequently peed in the elevators and their owners did not appear concerned. The property manager did not appear overly concerned about any of our problems.

everything we hoped for and more

This condo was excellent for us! We had up to 6 people during our stay and were very comfortable. The condo was quiet and we felt very safe. We had a 2am check in and Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals, and in particular Sally, made the process very easy. Sally provided excellent service ththroughout the stay. The condo is set up very well for vacation renting and it seemed like very detail had been thought of. The location of this property is excellent for downtown touring and shopping. I would love to stay there again!

Great location at a great value

  • 5 of 5
We loved our condo stay with Seattle Oasis Vacations. The room, itself, was roomy, clean and well decorated. The welcome basket that greeted us upon our arrival was a nice touch. It was so convenient not to have to worry about parking with our rental car since a spot was included with the stay. We didn't even need our rental car though! We were a close walk to City Center one way (Space Needle, monorail, EMP museum, etc) and a short walk to Pike Place the other way. We really couldn't get over how convenient the location was at a price that was significantly cheaper than any of the hotels in the area. We even had in room laundry facilities with detergent provided and pots/pans if we wanted to cook instead of eating out. We will definitely stay with Seattle Oasis Vacations again on our next visit.

Comfortable and relaxing in a great location

  • 5 of 5
What a wonderful place to stay! Highly recommended.
My wife and I plus our two daughters stayed for one week and were very impressed. The unit was very well appointed and the owner thought of EVERYTHING! Such great attention to detail; it had virtually everything we needed to feel at home the entire week and was so well thought out. It was also spotless and we are typically fairly picky about cleanliness. There were some nice restaurants nearby (pizza downstairs, Cyclops café across the street and quite a few other good options like Mama's Mexican Kitchen). We truly did not want to leave and my kids are already asking about a return trip!

Positives:
-Location. Walking distance from virtually every tourist destination: EMP, Space Needle, Pike Place, etc. Great water view from the windows and tiny balcony. It was a quick drive to Mercer Island or pretty much wherever you want to go even in traffic.
-Value. For the money, it was about the price of a hotel room, but has so many more amenities and includes a secure parking location. I've never been that comfortable at even the best hotels.
-Comfort. Master bed was wonderful and the fold out couch for the kids was quite good. Nice small kitchen and dining room table. Terrific bathroom. Décor was just super relaxing. Security and everything made me feel very safe.

Only a few negatives:
-The pool was down for maintenance the entire week which was really disappointing for the kids as that was one thing that drew us to the property. Usually a pool makes every kid happy and tired enough to sleep... That was the only big deal.
-WiFi and cable did not work well. We had to connect to a neighboring Seattle Oasis property for WiFi as it didn't work from our condo and it was a tad slow overall. The cable was standard def despite two HDTVs and it had only a few stations; I suspect it just wasn't hooked up properly but we were too busy to worry about it.
-Street level noise. You are in the city and I found it unique and fun. Some people might see it as a bigger draw back. Plus when we were ready to sleep we ran the A/C or fan and were fine as the noise would have bothered my wife. Other than that it was really quiet and we didn't hear many other people nearby.
