About this property

This condo has been recently renovated and is walking distance to everything in Aspen. With Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and walk-in shower you will be very comfortable in this spacious one bedroom condo. Directly in the core of Aspen, you will not need a car once you arrive here which will be one less thing to worry about on your vacation. Very close proximity to supermarket, restaurants and a 5 minute walk to gondola. Parking is onsite if you do have a car. It is on the first floor and the patio walks directly out to a secluded park, with a pond and seated areas to watch the ducks. The kitchen has been stocked with all of the utensils you may need and we have free access to wifi.

Great location. Property just ok. Host horrible.

This rental is sooo dated. The host tried to charge the price for the rental several times during the rental and was horrible to deal with. She refunded me for some reason and then later demanded payment or should would ‘call the authorities’. Unpleasant and tacky. Rental reeks of Fabreze. Uncomfortable bed. Electric stove.

Great stay in Aspen!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this condo. The location was perfect. Pictures are accurate and you have that view from the patio of the cute little park. You can can access it as well to walk around. I didn't have a car and didn't need one. There is a grocery store a short walk away. As well as the Aspen mtn gondola and Rubey Park transit center where you catch the bus to Maroon Bells, Snowmass, etc. You can easily walk into town and many hiking trails. Condo is very well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen to prepare meals. Would definitely recommend!
