Casa Dulce is a new 2,700 sq. ft., 3 story house, which sits atop a bluff overlooking the year round waves at Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada and sweeping mountain views to the North. Casa Dulce has A/C and ceiling fans throughout, washer & dryer, security system, maid service, satelite TV, and wireless highspeed internet. With 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths, 10 people can be comfortably accommodated. And all just a short 3 minute drive down the hill to the beaches, restaurants and shops. The entry level has 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, 2 trundle beds and a full bath, a laundry room, outdoor shower and ping-pong table. On the second level are 2 more bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the other with a queen bed, along with 2 full baths, state-of-the-art kitchen with modern appliances, a dining area, family room with tv/dvd, and a BBQ grill on the wrap-around balcony. The master suite, with its own full bath and private balcony, occupies the top level. Fully stocked with linens, towels and all your basic home needs, this spectacular home is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Located in a quiet residential area, you can sit back and relax on the large balconies while enjoying the exquisite views and watching the monkeys and the birds in the surrounding jungle.
If you surf, check the waves in the morning from the balcony and either walk it or hop in the car and be at the waves in a couple minutes.
