We had a wonderful week in your house. While we were here we went to Net Result, Porta Pizza, Sharky"s, went ice skating, star gazing,saw the cottages in Oak Bluffs, sunset at Menemsha & ate at The Bite. We also went to Chappy and Island Alpaca. All of us had a wonderful time at your house.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
50% of rental secures your dates with balance due one week before occupancy.
We usually like to have some direct phone contact with renters when possible.
Additional fees (i.e., $150 cleaning fee, $200 returnable security deposit, and if arrangements with us were made for ferry tickets) all are payed with the balance payment, one week before occupancy. We handle the financing... check or Paypal.
