Also has FRONT LOADING, H/E WASHER AND DRYER for your convenience! 42'' FLAT SCREEN TV, DVD PLAYER, IPOD STEREO, and Wi-Fi equiped as well!

This is a great place to entertain, cook a great meal and enjoy a few cocktails on the balcony or just sit back and relax after a long day at the beach or sight-seeing in Charleston! You will feel right at home here!

Master bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and has access to the balcony and a walk in closet. Spare room is furnished with a double bed and has a large closet as well.

Located downtown on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood. Walking and biking is possible although a car is recommended for families with young children or for senior citizens. There is (1) OFF-STREET PARKING SPACE for your use,otherwise, on-street parking is FREE and PLENTIFUL all throughout this neighborhood!

Thank you so much for being such a great host! We had a FABULOUS time in Charleston, so much so that I'm now thinking about buying my own vacation home there.

We loved your home--it was so comfortable, clean, and well decorated, and it was just perfect for the 3 of us. We would often gather around the kitchen bar counter (esp. after a long day of sightseeing and eating!) to drink wine and just hang out. The couch was so comfortable--I fell asleep on it on several occasion!

The location was also great. It was a very convenient base for all our adventures into the city as well as to the surrounding areas (Sullivan's Island, the plantations, etc.)

All the details you shared in advance were super helpful. I really appreciate how wonderful you're to work with and how easy you made everything!

Great place to stay

My friend and I arrived to snow and ice our first day in Charleston, a very unusual weather occurrence for this area. The owner was quick to shovel the steps for us. The next day was sunny, went to Magnolia Plantation for a wonderful day. The condo is lovely and perfect for the two of us, would be great for 2 couples too. Very comfortable beds, kitchen well equipped, and seating in living room very comfortable.Also everything was very clean and well cared for. Would recommend for couples, friends, not far from downtown area, easily access to major highways. Would love to return here in the Spring.

Quaint 2nd floor updated retreat condo

My husband and I recently traveled to Charleston for our first visit to the city. The condo was a very pleasant surprise, and is true to the description and pictures. The kitchen has everything you could want but the food, if you do want to cook while there. It is in a vibrant neighborhood, not far from good food and shopping. There is a lot of foot traffic/ runners in the neighborhood, so we felt perfectly safe. It is a one-way street, so just be aware of that. There is some traffic, but not too bad. The condo is situated upstairs, so people with disabilities or health problems might want to consider this. However, for those who don't, the upstairs veranda is a wonderful place to take your morning coffee. I highly recommend this little gem and hope to return one day.

WOW!

This place was exactly how it looks in pictures. It was very clean and updated with modern/eclectic decor. The beds were comfy and it was wonderful that the pack-n-play was there for our baby. Heather was very easy to work with and she sent us a great list of recommendations for places to go and local restaurants. We tried several of them and were not disappointed. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to other travelers.

Perfectly Charleston!

Rented Hampton Condo for 4 nights; having lived in Charleston for a number of years, I was familiar with the neighborhood and was so happy to see how it's being restored, including several new properties but in the style of historic Charleston. It has always been a great location, with easy access to the historic center, restaurants, shops, Hampton Park, the Citadel, etc., especially now with the re-development of upper King Street. Heather has created a lovely, comfortable, very well equipped oasis as a "home" base while in Charleston. Easy access to highways for day trips out (to Savannah, Beaufort, IOP, Sullivan's, and of course, the incredibly charming and welcoming historic district). Hominy Grill is in easy walking distance and a must for brunch, lunch or dinner. The condo was clean, beautifully furnished, everything you want and need for a short or long stay. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front balcony with our morning coffee while experiencing a bit of the life of the neighborhood. We're planning to rent again for a longer stay later this year. We've rented many, many places in the U.S. and Europe through HomeAway and VRBO over the years and rate Heather's Hampton Condo as one of the top 3 ever!

Perfect Condo!

This was the perfect place to stay in Charleston. It was far enough away from the main traffic so what we got some peace and quiet but within 5 minutues of everything to see and do. The condo itself was perfect! So clean and charming! Would definitely stay again. Loved Charleston and loved the condo.

Just right

The condo was just right for my husband, son and I. It is just as depicted in the pictures. The street is quiet and we enjoyed sitting on the porch watching people ride their bikes. The beds were comfortable and I loved the new washer/dryer...it kept me from bringing dirty clothes home. We were just a few minutes drive to downtown and about 15 minutes to Sullivan's Island. Would definitely stay at the condo again. You have the best of both worlds. Lastly, Heather was great and answered any questions very quickly. Can't wait to return.

I bought this condo in 2009 as my own personal residence after a year long search. As soon as I was shown this home, I knew it was the right place for me. At the time that I purchased this home, I was in the wine business and was calling on all of the downtown Charleston restaurants. This location allowed me to be at any of my accounts in 5 minutes but gave me the peace and convenience to live away from the traffic and parking frustrations that occur in the lower peninsula. The place itself is in spectacular condition. It was literally gutted down to the studs so everything in it is new. It has the charm of a Charleston home but it is new, clean and modern. I also love this place because of it's location in a very hip part of Charleston where there is more property space than homes further downtown. It is also a few block walk to Hampton Park, the Citadel and the shopping and dining of upper King.
