This apartment is part of a 3-unit building on a rarely-traveled mixed-use street in the popular Germantown neighborhood. Just blocks away from Logan Street Market, Old Forrester Paristown Hall, and a short drive to Nulu or the Highlands. This unit is a one bedroom/one bathroom apartment located on the first floor of the building. A full kitchen with new countertops, a sleek living room with LED TV, and a king-sized bed. The property features Schlage Encode smart locks to provide self check-in. You will be provided your own personal code that will be active for the duration of stay. The code is the last four of the telephone number that you have listed, so it's very easy to remember!

Car or Uber is recommended, Downtown is close but isn't a convenient walk. There are several restaurants/bars that are within walking distance. Old Forester's Paristown Hall concert venue is also a short walk.
The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare meals and features all cookware, cooking utensils, dinnerware, and flatware. Basics items such as salt, pepper and oil are provided. If any of these are out, please do not hesitate to ask as we keep stock of these items and someone can drop them off. Coffee essentials such as K-Cups, a variety of sweeteners and creamers are provided.
The bathrooms are stocked with bath products, plush linens, make-up remover wipes with embroidered make up towels and toothbrush kits are available if needed.
These units are available for both short term and long term stays. Long term guest may request to have additional cleanings and linen changes during the stay for an additional fee.
