El sector de Dunkarinca en taganga, es el más exclusivo de la zona, dado que cuenta con un bosque seco tropical virgen y acceso directo a la playa desde la cabaña por un sendero ancestral muy bien cuidado y conservado ambientalmente. La casa está escondida y es muy segura y tranquila.

Esta propiedad es única en taganga dado que está alejada del ruido y está muy cerca del servicio de transporte público o privado además de poder visitar a pie varias playas cercanas permitiéndote conocer sin gastar más dinero lugares paradisíacos cercanos que se pueden divisar desde el balcón de las habitaciones de la cabaña.
