This 1100 sq. ft. NEWLY & FULLY RENOVATED (completed Jan. 2013), 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths contemporary-styled apartment is located at the heart of the slopes on Telegraph Hill. It is located between the Coit Tower and the Transamerica Pyramid Building which are just a few walking blocks away.

On a clear day, take the walking route and avoid the limited parking at the Coit Tower by taking the Filbert steps at Montgomery. Along the route, you will be engaged with beautiful foliage in spectacular gardens, art deco homes and wonderful views of San Francisco. The famous steps are also home to the wild parrots which were featured in a 2005 documentary, 'The Wild Parrots on Telegraph Hill'.

A block above Telegraph Hill is North Beach (a.k.a. Little Italy). Here you will be adorned with cafes, restaurants, plentiful shopping and nightlife. Chinatown, Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, the Ferry Building, Washington Square, the Embarcadero, the Financial District, Union Square,Downtown, the SOMA district and the Moscone Center are all an easy downhill walks. There is no assigned parking at this property but limited (2) hour street parking is available. This location promises to save money on parking expenses as the major SF sites and business areas are walking distance away. If public transportation and paid parking garages are preferred, they are within walking distance away.

Payment Information

A deposit of $400.00 is required to hold your reservation. We

must receive payment by eCheck or credit card for the deposit within (3) days of initial booking. Once deposit is received, your dates are officially reserved.

The balance of the rental payment is due (21) days prior to check-in. The booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited if payment of balance is not received.

Upon your arrival, the $400.00 deposit converts to a damage deposit. If the following provisions are met, your deposit will be back to your account within three to seven days of your departure.

If you cancel MORE than 21 days before check-in, your deposit will be returned less $50.00 fee.

If you cancel LESS than 21 days before check-in, ONLY your security deposit will be returned to you ($400.00).

If cancellation occurs on your first day, there will be NO refunds for any reason.

No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason.

No cancellations or refunds will be due to you because of weather-related issues, earthquakes or related outages of utility services including: electricity, phone, internet, Wi-Fi, television, or gas.

Upon receiving your security deposit and Rental Agreement, a rental confirmation and payment receipt will be sent to you.

Once we receive full payment for your reservation, we will send you confirmation of your reservation.

As owners, the Tom Family have been a resident of this Edwardian home in S.F. since 1963. When the children started their own families, the 3-story home was converted to 3 apartment flats. The Tom Family takes pride in their building and therefore you can be assured that the quality will be there. They are proud to share to their customers, this spotless and comfortable apartment located in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

We stayed at in this luxurious condo for 5 nights in April and have to say that if we return to San Francisco this will be my first port of call when looking for accommodation. The condo was immaculate both in facilities and also cleanliness and has three very comply beds, a king size, queen size and a single all with beautiful sheets. There are also 2 bathrooms both with showers and toilets, the large bathroom has a twin head shower and Jack & Jill sinks.



Clothes washing facilities are provided as is a fully useable kitchen with all manner of pots, pans and cutlery available. There is also a filter coffee machine that came in very handy. We had only one issue while staying there but this was rectified very very quickly and without fuss. Margie the agent we dealt with was fantastic with quick responses to my communications and answers to all my questions.



Location was fantastic, only a 15-20 minute walk to pier 39 and there is a nice view of the bay bridge from the lounge window. You would not be disappointed if you stop here.

Tidy, comfortable property.

Spent five nights in SF. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and not lacking for anything we wanted. A selection of restaurants and cafe style dining are reasonably close with 'Little Italy' a short walk away. If you are happy with a little exercise it is easy to get to many spots and to options of different transport routes are close and will get you to most paces.

Nice location, pleasant stay

Apartment was clean and well maintained. I thought the location was good though it is in a hilly area of San Francisco but the workout was needed after visiting some of the local restaurants.

This is one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed at. The owners certainly understand the concept of hospitality and comfort. It was like staying at a one room 5 star hotel. This flat is large and spacious - much more than you would expect in a historical building. The linens were wonderful, we had everything we needed in the kitchen and the unit is beautifully remodeled with the finest finishes. The property was spotless and clean when we arrived. The location is wonderful - you can walk to Coit Tower and explore North Beach. It was also an easy walk to the financial district. We parked our car at a garage a few blocks away and never needed it during our stay. The owner was easy to contact and very responsive. She anticipated our needs and provided lots of good information before we arrived to make our stay more comfortable. We can highly recommend this property.

Could not have asked for a better location and setting. We were four adults and it was plenty of room. This apartment was clean, well stocked with towels, and amenities. Modern, clean and convenient - fabulous property!

I've rented properties online before, and some are a "hit" and others are a "miss". This one is definitely a winner. My husband and I rented for two weeks with our two young children and a teenager. The property was clean, well-maintained and seemed newly remodeled. The kitchen had really great amenities and having a washer/dryer was key. Margie was fantastic to work with - she is incredibly responsive. For instance we mentioned that the toaster was broken and a new one was at the property just hours later, even though we said we didn't need one. Also, location was very convenient. Went to Cotogna multiple times for dinner (yum) which was just two blocks away. House is another great restaurant nearby. Only slight drawback is that the last two blocks are a pretty steep uphill climb from all directions. But as a bonus we heard from a friend that Telegraph Hill is on bedrock, which explains why none of us felt the Napa earthquake that occurred while we were in SF. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Lovely, spacious apartment

A great place to stay with a group as there's a large front area along with the 3 bedrooms. The interior was amazing, with beautiful furnishings and everything was really clean.
Having a full kitchen was very convenient as we were able to cook when we wanted with everything we needed right there.
The location was fairly central to Fisherman's Wharf and Union Square with about a 20 min walk. It's also very close to North Beach where there are lots of Italian restaurants.
We would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again if back in San Fran.
