No shoes, no shirt, no problem! “Las Ventanas at Red Snapper” is a duplex consisting of 2 units for a total of 5 bedrooms/3 full bathrooms. It is located less than a block from the serene and gorgeous sandy beaches of the Gulf. We welcome you to indulge in this tastefully decorated unit with modern interiors boasting a large private balcony area great for having meals or just taking a break. Each unit has all the amenities you would expect from your home away from home are offered, including stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, cookware, free Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer. Need a little entertainment? In our spacious living area you can sit back and enjoy satellite TV and a DVD player.

Take a dip in the large private swimming pool located in the enclosed backyard.

After a day of fun in the sun, the upstairs unit comfortably sleeps 8 adults and the downstairs units sleeps 6 for a total of 14 persons. The upstairs master bedroom has a King size bed with a large closet, and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a dedicated closet space. The third bedroom is adjacent to the 2nd bedroom and has twin bunk beds perfect little ones. The 3rd bedroom also has a closet space. We also provide queen size inflatable mattress to accommodate extra guest.

The downstairs master bedroom has a queen size bed with closet. The second bedroom has a full/twin size bed with closet space. There is one large bathroom with access from the master bedroom and hallway. We also provide queen size inflatable mattress to accommodate extra guest.

If you’d like to take a break from cooking or just want a fun hang-out, there are several local pubs and eateries within walking distance including Boomerang Billy's Beach Bar and Grill and Amberjacks.

For your convenience, the Blue Marlin grocery store is just around the corner and is well stocked for your grocery and any other provisional needs. Getting around is easy with “The Wave”, SPI’s free shuttle service.

We kindly request no pets and absolutely no smoking in the units.

Note that the pool is not heated and there is no jacuzzi.

Perfect!!!

This place was perfect for me and my family! My husband and boys (ages 2-3) had never been to the beach. I never expected we would have this much fun and this duplex made our stay much easier and enjoyable! I have two small boys so the outside water spout was very useful after they played in the Sand all day at beach! I can not imagine going to the beach and not having a wash off area or washer and dryer available. My 3 year old loved it so much he cried when we arrived home because he "liked the other house!" I highly recommend this place for a small family!

Excellent!!

Our complete stay was excellent, everything was as described. The private pool is such a plus. The owner is on top of any issues you might have which on our last night we had a minor issue that he took care of in about 10 minutes after contacting him. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Another plus is that Everything is so conveniently at a walking distance . Thanks Luis for a great stay!!

Perfect Vacation Home! We rented both downstairs and up stairs. Living spaces were very clean. Close to shopping (blue marline), beach. Pool was perfect. Luis (owner) was very helpful with any questions we had. Furniture was worn but Great vacation home!

We had a Blast!!!

This year we had the opportunity to take a family vacation for the first time and I would like to share how you played a part in this event. My family had a Blast staying in your two story house 6/17/2014 through 6/23/2014. The house has a warm and welcoming touch to it which makes the stay a very pleasant one. Upon arrival we found the house well furnished, well decorated, CLEAN and READY for us to move right in. The house had plenty of available space for our family. All of the items in the house were serviceable with no issues. The pool area was clean and well set up as well. We liked the fact that the back door leading to the pool had a door bell, letting you know someone was opening that door. Our youngest child was 4 years old and we had no issues the entire time we were there. We loved the centralized location, everything was just a walk away; The Beach, Souvenir shops, Grocery store, Great fireworks view from the Balcony, go carts, mini golf, and local Bars. Outstanding overall I would definitely recommend the house for other families as well. We are already making plans to return next year!!!

Our family is from the Valley so it was only natural for us to purchase a place of our own in South Padre Island. Las Ventanas is our home away from home. My family enjoys coming to the Island to relax and have a good time. When we can't make it to the Duplex, we love renting it out to people who also want to enjoy all that South Padre Island has to offer.
