We are the owners of this week at the Westin, so when you rent from us, we transfer the reservation to your name. Upon arrival, you will check-in at the resort’s front desk using confirmation # just as if you had booked directly through the resort, but save 30% more compared by direct resort booking.

This is a two-bedroom lockout unit(sleep 8 people) with ISLAND VIEW. These 2 bedrooms have total ~1400sf, it consists: a larger 1 BR unit (with separate living room, 1 King bed , 1 sofa bed , full size kitchen, and jacuzzi bath tub); 1 studio unit (1 King bed, 1 sofa bed and a smaller size kitchen, and jacuzzi bath tub) via a common foyer off the hallway, once inside the foyer, there are two locked doors which go into each unit. These doors can be left open or locked privately.

This resort include a mid week house keeping which includes trash removal, new towels/linens (beds are made) and replacement of toiletries.

The resort is on the beach, it not only offers a multitude of ocean water sports such as scuba, kayaking, and surfing, but also it is just minutes from the historic whaling town of Lahaina, where guests can enjoy restaurants, art galleries, and cultural activities. The resort also offers free parking and shuttle service to Lahaina, Whaler’s Village, and other facilities in the area. Also you can enjoy the Resort Spa and fully equipped fitness studio!

There are Hawaii State imposed General Excise Tax (GET-about 4.1666%) , State Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT-about 10.25%) and Maui County Transient Accommodations Tax( MCTAT-about 3%) already included in the booking and it will be paid to Hawaii government by the resort owner for every rental.

NOTE : 1)Primary renter must be 18 or above, and no subleasing
2) Upon checkout, there is ~$24/night occupancy tax (assessed by State of Hawaii) payable to the resort.
