Newly remodeled home, centrally located less than a mile from everything, including the Plaza! This beautiful home features venetian plaster walls, a gourmet chef's kitchen, and spectacular outdoor living spaces. Sip your cappuccino in the morning light from the front garden or cook out on the Green Egg on the back patio and relax in the hot tub under the stars. The home is walking distance from several excellent coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking trails, and even a rose garden park.

The space
This listing offers two bedrooms, one full bath. One of the bedrooms has a comfortable queen-sized Murphy bed and can be converted into an office if you prefer.

We are new to VRBO, but are Super Hosts on Airbnb. This listing has over 50, 5-star reviews on AIRBNB.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a completely separate, private, studio casita on the back of the property that we rent separately. There is no shared space between the properties and at most you might see a car or two people walking down the separate driveway to the back of the large property. We only rent it to 5-star, excellent guests. The back deck area with hot tub is surrounded by a tall privacy fence. The casita won’t affect your stay in the slightest, we just didn’t want you to be surprised or confused!

We love finding special properties in locations we would like to live part-time, then renovate and transform those properties into spectacular homes. Why they chose this property

We love how safe and centrally located this house is to all that Santa Fe has to offer! We take daily walks to the beautiful rose garden park just a few blocks away. There are several great hikes a few minutes away. It's an easy one-mile, straight-shot walk to the plaza, on a beautiful street with a side walk.

What makes this property unique

This house is much higher-end than a typical rental, because we renovated and designed it for ourselves to live in. Our favorite parts of the house are the beautiful outdoor living spaces, gardens and hot tub, perfect for relaxing and gathering together.
