The space
Step inside to find a delightfully bright ambience. The living room features an inviting sofa topped with decorative throw pillows in shades of blue, an eye-catching white coffee table, a large 65” flatscreen HDTV. The living room opens to the dining room that is next to the kitchen which has all the basic cooking needs and unlimited Keurig coffee!

When you’re ready to rest after a day of fun, both the bedrooms have hotel quality queen size beds along with 55” TV’s for your relaxation. The 3rd Bed is a queen size pillow top blow up mattress with auto comfort.

No pets and no smoking allowed on the premises (this includes patios, and common areas) There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, pets, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.

Parking notes: There is 2 free parking spots reserved for this unit. Enter from the alley behind the building.
Guest access
As a guest, you will have access to the front yard, side yard and parking area. 2 free parking places come with your reservation.
Other things to note
1 block to the beach and 5 Blocks to Mission bay. Lots of Places to rent bikes and trails nearby. After 2 adults, it's a $20 charge per night per adult staying there with a max of 6 adults staying at the apartment. Please do not smoke in the apartment as there will be a $99 fine applied for cleaning purposes. Quite hours or not being loud after 10 pm to 8 am. Ring camera on the front door for security purposes.
