Depending on your mood you can dine at the breakfast nook table, outdoor patio table or the dining room which easily seats 6 -8 people. Kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking and entertaining needs.

Master bedroom includes a King size bed plus a 32” HD TV with cable and movie channels, a huge walk-in closet, an adjoining master bath with dual sinks plus a large granite vanity with a separate shower and tub and opens to a patio overlooking the pond and fairway. 2nd bedroom sleeps 2 and has a private patio. 3rd bedroom also sleeps 2. Bed linens and towels are of high quality.

Surrounded by fruit trees (grapefruit, Myer lemons, oranges, etc) all there for your eating pleasure. 2 bikes are provided to enjoy rides on the well marked bike trails along the golf courses, to the mountains edge, into town, or just cruise around. Indoor laundry room, garage with 1 car parking and driveway to accommodate 2 additional cars. Board games and a small library of books included.

The relaxing pool, lounge chairs and spa are just steps away for your enjoyment.

Relax on one of Coachella Valley’s most scenic golf courses. Tree-lined fairways and strategically placed bunkers and lakes are set against the backdrop of the majestic San Jacinto Mountains. In total, 18 holes and over 6,500 yards of championship golf provide challenging play for golf lovers.

Enjoy tennis next to the Cathedral Canyon Country Club clubhouse - day and night play available on 10 tennis courts.

Palm Springs California Desert

Wonderful stay

This was our first time in Palm Springs and our first holiday that was not an all inclusive in another country. And we wish we had started coming here sooner. The location of this condo is perfect a short drive downtown Palm Springs and down highway 111 to the College of The Desert market and many malls. Only a block away is movie theaters and restaurants. The condo is just like Madelynn described it. Lovely and large, well stocked, very clean, lovely views, pretty landscaping and very private. And we walked out the door and picked all the citrus was could eat! The pool and hot tub was close and never had more than 5 people there. The neighbours are friendly as was anyone you might meet walking around the complex or at the pool. We loved it so much we are returning..for a longer stretch next time!! Thanks Madelynn!

One of the reasons we bought this home was because of it's fabulous location...about a 5 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs to visit the Palm Springs Museum, great restaurants and shops, a short drive to El Paseo Drive, closeness to movies, Trader Joe's and other shopping AND on the 7th hole of Cathedral Canyon Golf Course. Walk out the door to grapefruit, oranges and Meyer lemon trees all for your picking and enjoy the pool and spa just a few steps away.

This lovely condominium is really like a home. There is no awareness of the neighbors in this quiet community with a pool a few doors away. The unit is beautifully decorated. The master bath is large and light; the guest bath, too. You'll love the kitchen--it has everything a gourmet cook would need. We entertained several times (great outdoor seating on the patio) and it was just like being at home. The golf course is out the back door, and ducks on the pond provide ongoing entertainment (as do the golfers). This unit would easily accommodate two couples while providing each with privacy. The laundry room is a plus, with a clothes folding area! The den provided an area for quiet reading yet it would also provide needed privacy as a bedroom. We enjoyed our 9+ day stay, and appreciated the responsiveness and friendliness of the owners. Can't wait to return!

We choose Palm Springs because of its closeness to both Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Cathedral Canyon Country Club provides us with the security of a manned guard gate while being centrally located to both downtown Palm Springs and the closeness of the other desert cities. This particular condo is very private, located on a peaceful pond overlooking the fairway and 7th ideal place to relax!

Centrally located, our home is in the guard gated community of Cathedral Canyon Country Club which is in the middle of everything the desert has to offer. Two dozen championship golf courses within 5 - 15 minutes; Airport - 8 minutes; Downtown Palm Springs - 10 minutes; Palm Springs Museum - 10 minutes; Casinos - 5-10 minutes; El Paseo Drive for shopping - 10 minutes; Movie theatres including I-Max 3D - 5 minutes; Cabazon Premiun Outlet Mall - 25 minutes; Palm springs ariel tramway - 5 minutes; Costco, Trader Joe's & grocery stores - 5-10 minutes; Hiking trails - 5 minutes; Public library - 5 minutes; Live theaters; Fine Dining, Bowling, Water Park, Great bike paths, natural Mineral spas ;Thurs. night street fair and Farmers market downtown Plam Springs.
