Unimpeded views of Elliott Bay, Puget Sound, the Olympic Mountains, West Seattle and more from every room make this a quintessential Seattle residence.

Look down from your patio into the Pike Place Market. Enjoy the 'soul of Seattle' as your daily grocery store! Enjoy picked-that-morning produce, sustainable seafood and local delicacies. You are steps from Benaroya Hall, the Seattle Art Museum, Seattle's shopping district and world class dining, just a couple of blocks from the Washington State Convention Center and Seattle's waterfront, and a mile from the Seattle Center and Space Needle. A CityTarget is in the ground floor of this building, making quick snack runs or grabbing forgotten items quick and easy.

This beautiful building has top-of-the-line amenities including a large swimming lap pool, dry sauna, hot tub, full size gym with brand new equipment, a business center, secure parking, and an amazing roof top deck.

This fantastic 2 bedroom 1.75 bathroom Seattle vacation home greets you with floor to ceiling windows and unmatched views. You are perched high above the city. The tastefully decorated living room with high-end fixtures will cradle you in comfort after a day of seeing the sights, attending convention sessions, or corporate meetings. The fully stocked kitchen, with granite counters, Miele stove, oven and dishwasher and Sub-Zero refrigerator, is fully equipped for any meal you may want to whip up.

In the master bedroom, a comfortable queen sized bed will lull you to sleep. The ensuite bathroom is full sized. The second bedroom boasts a queen sized bed and flat screen T.V. The second bathroom comes with a toilet, sink and shower stall for your comfort. Both bedrooms feature black out shades for your comfort.

To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). We do provide fans for your comfort.

Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening, even as high as the 22nd floor! If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle, and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

My wife, Sally and I are excited for you to stay with us! We originally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.

Because of our knack at hosting, great marketing and amazing design, what was just an investment has become a full time business. We currently have 30 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others.

Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.

We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!

We loved staying at Seattle Oasis properties. The condo was lovely and well-equipped, but the most important thing was the location! It was not only close to public transportation so that we could get to and from the airport easily, but it was also within easy walking distance of restaurants AND Pike Place Market which we visited frequently. The only difficulty we had was the hot temperatures in the apartment during a heat wave since there is no air conditioning, just fans.

My wife and I stayed at the Seattle Oasis in May of 2014. The facility was great and the location enable us to walk to most every place of interest (dining, water, outdoor market). Without question, we would not hesitate to stay there again.
