This condo has been completely upgraded, in every detail. The condo sleeps 13. This condo was fine as it was, but I wanted to upgrade the unit in full. The following renovations have been completed:
*New Kitchen cabinets, new granite countertops in the Kitchen and in both Bathrooms, all new dishes, utensils, and pots and pan in the Kitchen, brand new hardwood flooring in the Living Room, new bedding in all rooms, new carpeting in the bedrooms, all new state of the art LCD and Plasmas in all rooms, new DVD players with internet connectivity in all rooms, new window treatments in all rooms, new artwork and lighting.....

The water park has various food and beverage vendors, along with a poolside beverage and grill vendor with many dining tables and stools.
The Breakers is a ten-minute walk to the newly built boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Beach Convention Center, The Pavilion, Ripley's Believe It or Not, The Haunted House, go-karts, mini golf, video arcades, novelty shops, and too many more shops to name.
Other nearby activities fishing, boating, golf, tennis, shopping, swimming, horseback riding, surfing, water-skiing, jet-skiing, snorkeling and diving, and miniature golf. Also close by are amusement parks, music shows, and an endless array of restaurants.

We were quite excited to purchase this condo in such a great building. The complete rehab of this unit was time consuming and expensive, but very well worth it. This condo, the building, and all off the Breakers' incredible amenities make it an excellent vacation.
