'Casablanca'

'What a great house, comfortable and Private' This is what I keep hearing from our guest. Approx 1300 sq ft of living space plus the decks and screened porch, great for a couple or 2. It is all on one level which guest love, easy one flight of stairs.

'Casa' for short has a great view, there is nothing built between you and the beach. There are only 3 other homes in the community making it very quiet and peaceful.

Newly built and completed in late 2010. - 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and professionally decorated by Melissa of Joseph's Cottage. She has decorated some of the most upscale homes around. Casa is nice, comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The laundry area is right off of the kitchen for easy access. The decks are very nice with a heightened sundeck and a furnished screen porch area. Underneath you will find a private hot/cold shower and fish cleaning station.

Casa has 3 bedrooms. - 1 king master with private bath, 1 queen and the 3rd bedroom has a full/full bunk bed that shares a bath in the hallway. All bedrooms have their own tv with built in DVD players as well as the TV in the living area.

So if you're looking for a newer and very modern beach home with lots of privacy and good views for your beach vacation then Casablanca is an excellent value for your vacation rental home dollars.

Currently my wife and I live in Roswell Georgia, and we purchased 'Casablanca' last year to retire later on, since our dream for retirement is to be beach bums, fish, boat, and enjoy this beautiful part of Florida.

My wife grew up in Hull Mas, and has always missed this unique sliver of land near Hingham, which is right of the coast south of Boston. I am a native of Havana, and have always missed the warmth and proximity to the beautifull beaches in Havana. So when we planned to retire we found the Cape 'Just Perfect' as Cape San Blas is similar to Hull in length and width but much-much warmer just like the beaches in Havana.

Incredible, so much relaxation and beauty in this area. The home was perfect, very conveniently located to town and to the end of the Cape. We fished, and walked the beach. The view to the ocean was very relaxing from the deck.

Wonderful family vacation in a lovely beach home!

This year is the second in a row that we have stayed at Casablanca with another family. We love everything about this beach home. It is warmly decorated and comfortable, with a wonderful view of the gulf. It is just a short walk to the gorgeous white sand beach and literally 50 steps to the private pool. We hope to visit CSB yearly and will always try to stay in this great beach house!

relaxing

The house itself was comfortable and beds were great. Nice relax safe area great for the kids. close to beach. A few things could have been better. The kitchen floor was sticky, the sink dirty and the bunk beds were not dressed. The boardwalk to the beach was broken at the beginning and end and the trees and brush were overgrown making the walk to the beach difficult and a constant fight with the bugs. We arrived on saturday by tuesday the pool was closed not to be reopen until friday the day before we left. No one seem to know why it was closed. Not a great experience specially when traveling with kids. Other than these few things the house was good.

Owner's Response: We notified the association immediately once the concern was communicated and got a response the following day which was Thursday. This is a community pool and as the owner, I have no control over its maintenance. This has never happened before and we are sorry about this inconvenience. The deck access to the beach is also maintained by the association. I will report this concern to the association and will ask them to clear the path. Hopefully you will consider renting Casablanca in the future I will ensure you have a wonderful experience in the future. Please contact me directly and not my property manager so I can respond more timely to you and have any concerns be taken care off.

RELAXING

We came looking for a relaxing, family-oriented, pet-friendly oasis and we found it. The house is clean and the beds are comfortable. There are plenty of dishes, amenities. Great location close to the boardwalk. Great location if you want to be away from the hustle/bustle. We were there during spring break and we had the community pool to ourselves all week. There is barely anyone at the beach, the seashells are plentiful, the nearby bird sanctuary allowed us to see a bald eagle almost every day and dolphins swam by each day. Not only did my husband, our kiddos love it, our pet cocker spaniel had a blast chasing the Frisbee on the beach.

Casablanca is conveniently located, it is a very cozy beach cabin. The property is located in Cape San Blas, which is a Pet friendly beach away from all tourism. The area is crime free, and family oriented. Relaxation at its best. You get there and in about less than 1 hour realize what life is all about. The sound of the ocean, and the quiet setting is incredible. You meet people at the beach and constantly make new friends. No one is afraid to talk to each other.
