The space
BEDROOMS: Three bedrooms are located on the upper level. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, wood burning fireplace, big screen TV, and closet. The 2nd bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a closet, and connects to the fitness room. The 3rd bedroom includes a full-sized bed.

MAIN FLOOR LIVING ROOM & DOWNSTAIRS LIVING ROOM: Both living rooms features a couch + a TV. We've got all the streaming services you need including Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu.

KITCHEN & DINING: Our kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make a home-cooked meal. The dining table seats 6. A coffee maker with coffee, sugar & creamer is provided.

FITNESS ROOM: Don't worry about slacking on your fitness routine during your stay! We've got a bike, yoga mat, bands, and dumbbells.

OFFICE: No need to work from the couch or kitchen table, we've got a dedicated office on the main floor with a desk, office chair and high-speed internet.

BATHROOMS: A half bathroom is connected to the office on the main floor and a full-size bathroom is located on the upper level.

PARKING: The driveway contains two parking spots and there's plenty of free street parking available as well.

LAUNDRY: A washer, dryer, and detergent are available for you to use!

BACKYARD: The small but mighty backyard is fully fenced in and includes a firepit and chairs to enjoy a bonfire with family. Wood is provided!

Early check-in?
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks. We want it to be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If you have a flight that arrives early in the day, consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready.

Late Check-out?
- No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures?
- No, unfortunately we are unable to offer luggage drop-off at this time.

Is this a shared home?
- No. You will have the entire house to yourself!

Do you offer a cleaning service?
- Yes! If our schedule allows, we can accommodate additional cleaning services on a weekly basis, for an added cost. Just ask us!

Lovely stay!

I and my 2 coworkers traveled here from West River and decided on this property because of the spaciousness and beauty of the property. We enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere and furnishings, and the host was very communicative and gracious. Would stay again!
