Smugglers 1 is a stunning 3 bed-roomed ground floor beach property, literally 10 steps from one of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in the world and beside The Sandy lane Hotel. Lounge in your own extensive garden serenaded by tropical birdsong and scented by frangipani. Recharge the spirit with boundless views of the calm turquoise sea. We offer all the luxury and comforts of the best 5 star hotel but with lots more space and comfort. The property comprises a hallway, an open kitchen with breakfast bar area, utility, a guest toilet, spacious and beautifully appointed sitting room, a covered outdoor dining area and an uncovered outdoor terraced seating area.
There are three luxurious double bedrooms, two of which can be converted to twin rooms. All have oversized marble en-suite bathrooms. The beautiful master bedroom faces the sea side of the property, the double doors open onto a terrace, with a view of the garden and sea. A maid is provided and cook can be arranged.
The Pool and Gardens: There is a lovely swimming pool in the garden area. The beach is accessed from the garden, where luxurious padded beach loungers are available to Smugglers Cove guests only. There, a beach butler is available to help fulfil any requirements you may have.
Security: The development is in a very upmarket area but for your added security the complex is gated and accessed only through an intercom to the 24 hour on property security team. The property also has CCTV in operation.
The beach at Paynes Bay is truly stunning. The water is turquoise and calm and perfect for swimming and water sports which are available locally. It is located right next door to the famous Sandy Lane Hotel and there are several traditional beach bars and restaurants close by.

Then there is the stunning East side of the Island where the Caribbean sea meets the Atlantic Ocean with stunning and continuous swells making it the perfect place to try some surfing.
