The space
Ryder’s Ridge is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3,200 square foot mountain house on a very quiet street at Wintergreen. The many windows and expansive back deck take advantage of the stunning mountain view to enjoy wonderful sunsets over the adjacent range. It is conveniently located about a mile from the Mountain Inn, ski slopes and restaurants and is a quick trip down the mountain to have access to the breweries, wineries and restaurants. At the end of the street, there is the Fortunes Ridge trail which connects to the wintergreen trail system and further to the Appalachian Trail. Whether you are here for skiing, hiking, fishing, or relaxing with friends or family, this mountain house will help you make the most of your Blue Ridge Mountain experience. Make yourselves 100% at home! Relax, refresh, and renew in the mountains.

MAIN LEVEL- The house has an open floor plan with hardwood floors, 12 foot ceilings and an expansive year round view of the mountains. The large dining table seats ten and the family room is outfitted with a gas fireplace and comfortable seating. The largest of the three deck spaces situated off the family room has six large Adirondack chairs to sit in and take in the mountain air.

KITCHEN-The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and an island with seating for two. It is fully stocked with everything you need (Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Crockpot, Griddle, French Press, Drip Coffee Machine, Waffle Maker etc.) and there is plenty of cabinet space for your food. The grilling deck, off the kitchen, has a Weber gas grill and a large outdoor dining table with chairs.


MASTER SUITE- It is located on the main level and has a plush king bed, large smart TV, vaulted ceilings with a fan, a large bathroom room with double sinks, and a separate shower/bath. There is also a sliding glass door with a view that goes to the deck. Sit and relax with a cup of coffee at the bistro table.

BEDROOMS TWO & THREE- The upper level has two bedrooms each with king beds, sky lights and a shared full bathroom. Both rooms have large closets and ceiling fans. One bedroom has a 62” TV and a beautiful view of the mountains. The other bedroom offers a nook with a desk and chair.

BEDROOM FOUR/MEDIA ROOM-
The lower level offers a second family room with a 60” inch TV, air hockey table and game table. In addition, there are plenty of games and a laundry room. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed plus bunk beds with an additional smart TV. There is a full bath with double sinks. It’s a perfect space for kids or family and friends to enjoy.

AMENITIES- We provide towels, extra pillows and blankets, dish & hand soap, paper towels, trash can liners, and a pack n play with sheets. All TVs have Youtube TV.

ENTRY- There is a keypad located at the front door for simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you two days prior to your arrival.

PARKING- There is plenty of parking with a parking pad at the house level.
