Bedrooms 1, Bathrooms 1, Sleeps 2

Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals is proud to present this one-bedroom one-bath condominium in the heart of Downtown Seattle's Belltown neighborhood. This beautiful vacation rental offers all the comforts of a home away from home.

This property is managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.

This one-bedroom, one-bath vacation condominium in the heart of Downtown Seattle offers a partial view of the city skyline from the Juliet balcony and all the comforts home. A custom designer kitchen is ready for a quiet evening in, and is equipped with all you might need to whip up just about any meal.

This condo sleeps two in comfort, with a queen sized bed in the beautifully decorated bedroom. A sliding door in the living room allows for fresh air to circulate the unit, and you look out over the neighboring brownstone to view of the downtown Seattle skyline. A Flat Panel LCD HDTV and WiFi throughout makes it a very convenient business trip or corporate condominium, and secured garage parking is included in the rental. A fitness center on the premises is enough to keep anyone busy.

Just a few blocks from Puget Sound and the water front shops, this vacation condo is convenient to everything in Downtown Seattle. Some of the finest restaurants are very close, and the convention center, sports arenas and Space Needle are all within range of a short taxi ride or the downtown free bus service. This is a modern building, perfectly situated to enjoy views of the mountains, the sound, and the city. Seattle Oasis Vacations offers any guest the full comfort of a hotel, with the exclusivity of a private condominium.

To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

About the Manager

My wife, Sally and I are excited for you to stay with us! We originally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.

Because of our knack at hosting, great marketing and amazing design, what was just an investment has become a full time business. We currently have 30 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others.

Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.

We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!

Thanks, and we look forward to hosting you!

Guestbook comments from the manager

The apartment was a little cramped and felt a little dark, but it was clean, the décor was good and it was comfortable enough. It came with all of the amenities you would need for a long stay. The price for the location was very good and most importantly parking was included which seemed rare. It is within walking distance of almost any downtown attraction you might want to see as long as you are adventurous.

Noisy neighborhood

Building amenities and apartment amenities are great. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were too flat to provide any relief. The window/sliding glass door needed to be open with the provided fans on, otherwise it would have been 90 degrees in the apt. But right under the juliet balcony is the trash/recycling for the building next door, which they pick up multiple days per week. Also the fire station is a block and a half away, so you hear them as well. While we were staying, they were doing construction on the neighboring street, so they started at 7 am. Not much sleep during our stay. It was easy to get to everywhere (Pike Place, City Center), and the bus stops literally in front of the building. Check out 1st or 2nd ave for restaurants/bars. I'd recommend staying here during a season where you don't need the windows open.

Owner's Response: Thanks for taking the time to let others know about your experience. We do appreciate it. This building IS in the middle of downtown Seattle, on the fifth floor of a seven floor building, and we make it pretty clear that you WILL hear street noise, as it is a very urban neighborhood. For future guests, do please keep this in mind. You are within walking distance to the Market, the Space Needle, flagship Nordstrom, and the waterfront, but if you are a light sleeper, this might not be the best location for you. Please call us and we can recommend a neighborhood away from the city center that will better fit your needs!
