Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals is proud to present this one-bedroom one-bath condominium in the heart of Downtown Seattle's Belltown neighborhood. This beautiful vacation rental offers all the comforts of a home away from home.

This property is managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.

This one-bedroom, one-bath vacation condominium in the heart of Downtown Seattle offers a partial view of the city skyline from the Juliet balcony and all the comforts home. A custom designer kitchen is ready for a quiet evening in, and is equipped with all you might need to whip up just about any meal.

This condo sleeps two in comfort, with a queen sized bed in the beautifully decorated bedroom. A sliding door in the living room allows for fresh air to circulate the unit, and you look out over the neighboring brownstone to view of the downtown Seattle skyline. A Flat Panel LCD HDTV and WiFi throughout makes it a very convenient business trip or corporate condominium, and secured garage parking is included in the rental. A fitness center on the premises is enough to keep anyone busy.

Just a few blocks from Puget Sound and the water front shops, this vacation condo is convenient to everything in Downtown Seattle. Some of the finest restaurants are very close, and the convention center, sports arenas and Space Needle are all within range of a short taxi ride or the downtown free bus service. This is a modern building, perfectly situated to enjoy views of the mountains, the sound, and the city. Seattle Oasis Vacations offers any guest the full comfort of a hotel, with the exclusivity of a private condominium.

To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

About the Manager

My wife, Sally and I are excited for you to stay with us! We originally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.

Because of our knack at hosting, great marketing and amazing design, what was just an investment has become a full time business. We currently have 30 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others.

Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.

We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!

Thanks, and we look forward to hosting you!

Guestbook comments from the manager

The apartment was a little cramped and felt a little dark, but it was clean, the décor was good and it was comfortable enough. It came with all of the amenities you would need for a long stay. The price for the location was very good and most importantly parking was included which seemed rare. It is within walking distance of almost any downtown attraction you might want to see as long as you are adventurous.

Small but awesome

  • 4 of 5
Condo was small but fit our needs very well. We had 5 adults and it was a little tight but location was excellent and we walked everywhere. The shops and stores in the building are convenient and the check in was seamless. We stayed 4 nights and would stay there again without a doubt.

Great location and condo!

  • 4 of 5
My dad and I spent 5 nights in this unit and it was perfect for our needs: 2 bedrooms, kitchen, sitting area, fitness center and great location. It was in a slightly quieter area of Belltown which was really nice. We walked to Pike Place Market, Seattle Center, downtown restaurants and Jazz Alley and felt safe in the neighborhood. We were there during cold weather, but it would be a really incredible place in warm weather given the rooftop patio with grills and the patio attached to the condo itself.

Love staying at the Seattle Belltown property

  • 4 of 5
My family and I have stayed at the Belltown propoerty twice - it is a great location and the bakery downstairs is fantastic. The location is midway between downtown and Seattle Center so you can walk to either place (about 15 minutes) and to the waterfront (about 10 minutes). The distance to light rail and monorail might be a bit long for very young children but fine for teenagers and adults. There are a lot of great restaurants within a 5 min walk. The first time we had a two bedroom interior unit that was FABULOUS. The second time we stayed in the one bedroom that faces the street because it was the only one left for our last minute reservation - the one in which they warn you about street noise. The warning are for real - it is really loud, particularly with the windows open in the summer. So if you are sensitive to noise, don't sign up for that one. Choose unit that does not face the front of the building if you can. We are from a rural area so it was fun to feel like a city-dweller for a while. Check-in and out service was great. Units are nicely furnished, sparkling clean and very well maintained. I am an Oasis fan and will return!

Perfectly priced, perfectly placed

  • 4 of 5
Small but complete apartment in the middle of downtown Seattle-we came for a late summer vacation and drove in from Eastern Oregon. We parked the car and didn't move it again until check-out! Loved the fact that we could walk to everyplace we wanted to go, Garden and Glass, EMP, the Great Wheel, the Pikes Place Market. Ate at Serious Pie one night, Dahlia Lounge the second, and had breakfast in both mornings in the well equipped kitchen. We are from rural Oregon, think SILENCE at night, LOL, so I was a little concerned about the noise as mentioned in an earlier review, but it wasn't bad for being in the middle of a big city. We slept with the windows cracked, and we did get woken by a siren one of the nights, but again, we were right in the middle of the biggest city in the Northwest. It seems silly not to expect some noise, LOL. Would stay here again without hesitation.
