The home's heartbeat features two living areas with the rear area having views of the canal outback. a fully equipped kitchen and an inviting dining area are also in the rear of the home.

You can quickly change your settings by stepping into the backyard overlooking the canal. It offers a private haven with a large swimming pool and multiple lounge areas. The enclosed space leads to a lavish waterfront area **Boat lift is not operable for guest use** with a dock to sit and relax and watch the fish jump! We also have parking on site for your RV!

Boat lift is NOT OPERABLE, please do not ask to use. You are more than welcome to moor to the dock but the lift does not work.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

There are cameras located on the property for yours and our safety. 1 at the front door, 1 over the driveway and 1 looking out over the patio to the rear.
