Luxury One Bedroom close to everything Breck has to offer

Warning: This comfortable, convenient and well-designed condo could become habit forming.

Location: Located a half block off Historic Main Street at Peak 9 base area, you can walk to everything Breck has to offer. Inside the building you have two ski shops, a welcoming hot tub, laundry facilities and a great Mexican restaurant. Breakfast or coffee shops are within a block. Then, just walk across the street to the Quicksilver high speed lift to start your ski day. Or, schedule your ski lessons at Brecks world class ski school – just a block away. You can make a quick stop into the condo for lunch, or enjoy one of the on-mountain dinning locations. At the end of the ski day, Peak 9 base has a number of Après ski bars. Or grab a margarita just downstairs from this condo. For dinner, it is a short walk to the many wonderful Breck restaurants. And, for nightlife, there are numerous bars and nightclubs within a couple blocks.

Accommodations: This luxury ski condo has one bedroom with a queen bed, shuttered sky light and HD cable TV. There is one bathroom with a large shower. The full kitchen has plenty of room to cook and includes all the necessary accessories to cook. Just bring the food. There is a dining area off the kitchen with seating for four. The living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa and comfy reclining chair. There is a TV with cable and Blu-ray player. In the corner is a wood burning fireplace. The deck has a nice view of town and Baldy Mountain.

The building: Inside the building you have two ski shops, a welcoming hot tub, laundry facilities and a great Mexican restaurant. The elevator will take you up to the second floor unit or down to the heated garage where you will have free parking for one car. The Mexican restaurant has a large deck beside the Blue River.

About the Owner

Our family members have been avid skiing, hiking, biking and fishing enthusiasts for several decades. Our vacations to the mountains typically involved finding vacation properties to rent. Seven years ago, we realized that it had become very difficult to find rentals that were enjoyable and affordable. Most of the rental units had become dated and many were equipped with only the minimum accessories. We really wanted to rent places that were at least as nice as our home.

Furthermore, many were managed by Property Management Companies that were unresponsive. The housekeeping was again minimally acceptable. Was it really that difficult to find vacation rentals that created a positive experience? The simple answer is yes.

As a result, we decided to purchase our own property. We decided to invest in the Park City area to take advantage of the great Utah skiing. The 4 bedroom townhouse, located by the Canyons resort, became our home away from home. Since we only used the property a few weeks a year, we also decided to rent the property on a short-term basis.

A few years ago, we moved to Denver and became interested in purchasing a Breckenridge property. We applied what we had learned from our own experiences and created a well designed, well decorated, comfortable property that was convenient for vacationing. This model has worked so well that we have developed a small business model around our quality standards. Our goal is to provide our guests with such a pleasant experience that you will return over and over again. Thanks for visiting our site.

Prime location!

Very comfortable, updated, cozy loft. Perfect for a get away with my othe half and I. Prime location, with the ski chairlift access across the street and all shops and restaurants in close proximity. Left the car parked in the convenient parking garage and walked everywhere. Hope to be back soon😄

This condo was exactly what we had hoped for: clean, well equipped, and affordable. The location was perfect and within walking distance to skiing and downtown Breckenridge. The owner was also extremely accommodating and prompt in communicating. We would absolutely rent here again.

Well appointed and maintained property. Ideally located for slopes and downtown. With this property no need to wait around for shuttle service like half the other residences. Abundant wood supply made for some cozy fireside nights in too. We will be back.

Awesome Stay

Der Steiermark was an amazing stay. The condo was the perfect size and had all the amenities that we needed to feel right at home. It was also beautifully decorated. It was a great location, with the Main Street being right around the corner. We were able to also access the ski slope that was located right across the street. This would be the perfect place to stay for a family or a couple. We definitely recommend this location for anyone. Definitely will come back here again!!!!

Incredible Little Getaway!

This little place was one of a kind! The town was adorable and the skiing was impeccable. This is in a prime location: directly across the street from ski lifts and less than a block from Main St. The little condo was very clean and perfect for 2 or 4 people. My fiancé and stayed here to get away from LA and it was the perfect weekend. It snowed nearly the entire trip! Thanks so much Jeff for the great vacation. Great little place and definitely affordable. We will be back!

I loved my stay here!

The property was everything I had hoped it would be. It looks even better in person, It's a cozy space and yet the high ceilings really make it feel very spacious. On top of that I just love the decor.

This was my first time visiting Breck in the summer and I enjoyed being able to park under the condo in the provided parking and walk to the shops and restaurants nearby.

There's a mountain bike rental location just downstairs (I bet it's ski rental in the winter) where I rented a bike and took the bike path to Frisco which was a lot of fun. I also climbed a fourteener and visited the Country Boy Mine.

I would definitely recommend for any season, I am already thinking about coming back in the winter, the covered parking and easy access to the lift will make it great for a ski trip!
