There is a lot of space in this property and a very open floor plan. Once you enter the home you will see the kitchen and living room, on your left will be the high end gym equipment and the master bedroom. There are 2 steps going down leading to the space with the gym and as well as another step going into the magnificent and open master bedroom. There is also one step going into the beautiful master bathroom. Our farm has many mango and lychee trees, also avocados, loquats, mulberry and citrus trees. Sleep under the stars and trees in the hammocks.

Guests have access to the entire main floor of the house. The upstairs apartment is private and has its separate entrance.

Gardener/house caretaker, Julie lives upstairs in a separate apartment with a separate entrance. She's very friendly and helpful. Explore the quaint town of Windermere which is within 2 miles down the road, beautiful brick lined streets and lakes. Enjoy the cozy coffee/ice cream shops/restaurants or just people watching. A farmers market is held in the Windermere downtown every Friday morning. Play world class tennis and golf. Windermere is home to many celebrities and basketball/baseball sports figures and golfers.
