Beautiful, peaceful getaway, a quick drive from the city.

We had a fantastic time with our family in this stylish home. Quick hour and a half drive from Manhattan which made it the perfect getaway, very spacious (we had a large group), beautiful interiors and a great outdoor fire pit which we enjoyed plenty! Cooked great meals in their well stocked kitchen. The property is close to several cute towns for easy day trips. Would highly recommend this home and hope we can come back soon!

Winter Getaway (Cold Spring)

Accurate listing and a charming property. Easy access to Cold Spring, Beacon, Bear Mountain State Park (i.e., 15 to 30 min). Host was very good about communicating with us through the platform.

Great stay with only a few suggestions

We had a great stay! The house does have some quirks. The water pressure in the kitchen is super low. Several of the outlets don’t work unless the lights are on but you don’t know that until the next morning when your phone isn’t charged! The listing said whirlpool hot tub and there’s a photo of a hot tub outside but it had no water and wasn’t accessible for our trip. Overall we had a nice stay and owners are very responsive with questions or concerns. It was close to what we needed and met our needs so we’d probably stay here again!

What makes this property unique

Designed by an architect, the house gets a lot of great sunlight and with just over an acre of property there are lots of nice areas on the property to explore from the fire pit to the multiple balconies and a great back patio.
