The kitchen is roomy and fully equipped with all the devices you'll need to whip up just about any meal, and the dining table sits six comfortably. This unit hosts new designer paint, blonde hardwood floors, granite counters, stainless appliances, and a gas fireplace to cozy up near.
The building amenties include a comfortable lobby with library, entertaining bar and kitchen, fountain courtyard & gym. On the seventh floor is a fantastic roof-top deck with multiple levels. Downtown Seattle, with its shopping, the Pike Place Market, Washington State Convention Center and the waterfront, are all short bus ride away. Please be aware that this building does not have central air conditioning (almost NO buildings--less than 5%--actually do). We do provide fans for your comfort, and the windows do open to catch breezes off the water.
Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.
This condo is dedicated to corporate housing stays of 30 days or longer. However, if you are planning a shorter stay, do check with us. It may be that your week long vacation may fit between two corporate stays.

We are a family of 4 and we could not have been more satisfied with the apartment in Queen Anne. It was beautiful and very convenient to everything. We will happily stay there again when we return to Seattle. The availability of the owner by phone as we arrived was great they allowed us to park in the secure garage until the room was ready, as we were early. Within walking distance to the space needle, museums and the pier. The bus stop was right outside the door, and Safeway was only a few blocks away. We were very pleased with the quality of the unit, clean, beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything anyone would need. This is a spectacular property, with fabulous views. The only disappoint thing was the rooftop terrace and the outdoor courtyard were under construction so I did not get to enjoy my wine and watch the sunset from the roof.

Our beautiful property is centrally located in downtown Seattle. From it, you are an easy walk from the waterfront, Pike Place Market, flagship Nordstrom and the retail core, and Seattle Center. 100's of restaurants are in this neighborhood, along with unique shops and nightlife.
