The Blue Oasis is a lovely, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with great beach views. It is located in the Emerald I subdivision near many restaurants. This home is great for families and can easily accommodate up to 10 guests. Don't forget your furry family members when staying at Sea Gem, because this home is pet friendly! You are allowed to bring 2 pets under 40lbs, and will need to pay a $200 non-refundable pet fee at the time of booking. You will enjoy the open feeling of the living room and kitchen spaces. The kitchen is fully stocked to make meal preparations easy. The living room has plenty of seating for relaxing and streaming your favorite shows and movies on the TV. This home has WIFI for your convenience. Each bedroom is the perfect retreat for a good night's sleep after a long day at the beach. Smell the salty air and listen to the sounds of the ocean while you're sitting on the deck with your favorite book, or your morning coffee watching the waves. There is ample seating on the front deck as well as the back deck where you can take in our beautiful sunsets!
Downstairs, you will find comfortable seating for gathering around while the "Grill Master" cooks on the charcoal grill. After a wonderful day spent on the beach, which is just steps away, be sure to rinse off in the downstairs shower. Your family is sure to make lifetime memories at this " jewel" of a home!

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:

1 dishwasher tab (if applicable)

1 sponge
1 small dish soap
