Wow, this was a beautiful property and very clean

We loved our stay at this property and the hosts were very, very nice. The unit was two stories and extremely clean and up to date, and in a great location. The location was only 5 minutes from downtown Seattle but still tucked quietly in a quaint neighborhood with no noise. The owners were extremely nice and helpful and I would highly recommend this site.

Nice home in quiet neighbourhood, near to downtown

The property was very nice and accurate to the description.
it was clean an well maintained, and the owner was very quick to respond to mail, regarding the stay. It can be a bit difficult to find the property the first time you arrive, but afterwards it is no problem.

There is a 5 minutes drive to the nice Beach, and there is a terrific sight to Seattle downtown which you can catch in a 10 minutes drive, or take the boat for a nice trip to downtown.
We would absolutely use this house again if we are going back to Seattle

Quiet, Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

The owner was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. The place was clean and attractive with a lovely outside patio overlooking some woods. We also enjoyed the gas fireplace and all of the other amenities. Convenient to local stores and buses into Seattle. Owner would be happy to provide suggestions for anything you might need in the area.

The townhouse is very nicely appointed with all the comforts of home. Jane was very welcoming and accommodating to our needs during a very difficult time of hospital visit. The location was close to Virginia Mason Hospital and 15 minutes drive to Southcenter. I would highly recommend this property to anybody, especially those traveling from Juneau, AK for medical visits. The only con that I can think of would be the unit is located at the rear of the property and it could be difficult to maneuver anything but a very small car. However, Jane did tell us in advance street parking was available. All in all, a great stay at a nice price!

Simply awesome

staying in this town house was a really good experience for me and my family .Everything was available as mentioned in the welcome cover .We had little trouble parking the car in the garage as the drive way is narrow.but overall the experience was good and I will come back to stay here again.

Comfortable Townhouse

Comfortable, well-appointed townhouse with convenient extras like kitchen staples. The sheets and towels are of nice quality. The townhouse lane is best suited for a small car as space is tight. The owners are helpful and accommodating.

Owner's Response: We were pleased to host this family over the Christmas holiday.

We're sorry that the narrow driveway caused such difficulty. It's actually quite generous compared to most townhouse complexes but we understand that it can be difficult with a large car.

The parking that we offer with the house is an attached garage but there is also plenty of free street parking at the end of the drive.

We will update our listing to be clear about the parking situation.
