Large Airy Victorian Flat

Pacific Heights San Francisco

Wonderful place to stay

  • 5 of 5
Our first trip to San Francisco for my son's wedding and what a wonderful place to stay. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and a fantastic position. Local restaurants just round the corner, whole food market where the food is amazing. I couldn't recommend this property more.
Victoria the owner is lovely, we had an medical emergency during our stay and her help and assistance was invaluable.
Book this apartment, you won't be disappointed. I would definitely travel all the way from the UK again and stay here.
Thank-you Victoria

Fantastic stay

My family of 8 (7 adults plus our 3 mo old granddaughter) had wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Victoria was great to work with and evrything was as described. It really was like a home away from home. Not in the heart of the tourist areas but convenient grocery shopping and not hard to get other places with taxis, Uber's and buses easy to catch.

Do not hesitate ! Book now for this apartment.
We stayed with my family in this flat and it was perfect. Very clean, spacious, well located and it was so nice to meet Victoria.
You can also park for 10$/day which is very helpful.
I highly recommend !

Beautiful turn of the century flat with a wonderful SFO location!

There were six of us who stayed at this property (husband, three grown sons, & one girlfriend), and it was perfect for our trip! First of all, if you are into architecture, you will love the details of this home. You feel like you are having the true San Francisco experience staying here. I am sure I could never afford to buy this home, so to be able to visit here for a few days was really special. Also, we loved the location. One and a half blocks over, there is a street that has a bunch of shops, cafes, and restaurants, and a half block off of that street is the original La Boulange! If you are not familiar with that, it is the bakery that now prepares all of Starbucks' pastries. I thought I had died and gone to heaven when I walked in there! Wow! Any plans of making breakfast at the flat flew out the window!

The owner, Victoria, is very nice. She checked in on us and the parking that you can rent from her is only 1.5 blocks away from the flat - so much easier than trying to figure out street parking!

While we were there, we visited the Pacific Cafe (which I found on Trip Advisor). It's a few miles from the flat and we drove there. It had amazing food, mainly seafood. There's always a line, but we told them we were trying to get to a show when they seated us, and they rushed our food out. I highly recommend! We also biked across the Golden Gate bridge, visited Muir Woods, and took the tour of Alcatraz. If you are going to do Alcatraz, make sure you get the tickets as soon as they are available (3 months out). I tried to get night-time tickets 7 weeks ahead and they were already gone!

So, to wrap it up, I highly recommend this property. When you walk in the door you smell how clean it is. It was a nice, cheery place, and very comfortable. I think it would also be a great place for three couples to visit together - much cheaper than three hotel rooms and you have a kitchen to use.

Quiet, spacious, well furnished apartment

  • 5 of 5
We (2 couples and their children) had a lovely time exploring San Francisco from this flat just north of Japan Town (worth checking out for the excellent sushi restaurants). It was easy to take the bus to China Town, Union Square, Yerba Buena Gardens and the Martin Luther King Memorial, Fisherman's Wharf, the Exploratorium and Golden Gate Park from this apartment. The apartment was clean and well furnished, the kitchen was well stocked and the little garden in the back was nice to sit and relax. Victoria checked in on us and was really helpful with parking. I would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful & Classic SF Apartment in Great Location

Beautiful & Classic SF Apartment in Great Location

The apartment is absolutely amazing! It's classic San Francisco, with all the rooms off one long hall, and it is huge. We were a group of 4 and very much enjoyed the sunny living room, we had plenty of room when friends came over for dinner at the dining room table, and the kitchen is fully stocked. The backyard is such a nice bonus, and we loved spending time around the table out back. The rooms are all spacious and filled with light. The location is also incredible... just a block and a half to all there is to eat, drink and see on Fillmore St. Victoria is very responsive and easy to work with. Overall the apartment is super clean, very cozy and in a great spot. Highly recommend!
