The Space:
This recently remodelled, 3 bedroom ranch style home has been designed with travelers in mind. Warm and welcoming spaces with everything you need for your visit to Anchorage.

There are plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy some alone time or interact with other guests and the host. The games room is available to guests as well.

Please be mindful of time in the bathroom as this is a shared space.

Feel free to use the kitchen, and label items left in the fridge if you don't want to share.

Guest Access:
Guests can use the whole home and large yard except for other bedrooms.

The Neighborhood:
Spenard is a quirky and eclectic neighborhood of Anchorage with a mix of apartments, home and trailers. Located in the center of the city, you'll be close to everything! The guest house is on a quiet street with friendly neighbors. The street has a few potholes (as do most roads in the city) but is easily accessible all year with a 2wd vehicle.

Getting Around:
Your host Judy, is a driver for Lyft and can drop you around town or take you on a day trip if organized in advance.

Bikes are available for a small rental fee.

Buses run from stops near by and there are a few restaurants and such within walking distance of the house.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that while we are smoking and 420 friendly, please be respectful of those who may not smoke. Smoking is permitted outside only.

Interaction with Guests:
Judy is the homeowner and co-host. She lives on-site and is available for immediate needs or a friendly chat.

Chloe is the property manager and is available via the app to answer any questions and is close by should any in person issue arise.
