About this property

This is a complete house rental. Two steps are required to enter this property. A keypad on the front door is the only entry for your stay. You will choose your own 4 digit code. It is a very warm and homey house with a complete kitchen, dining area, utility area with washer and dryer, living-family room with TV area with a queen Hide-A-Bed. Forget your worries in this 2000 sq. ft. spacious and serene home. This is mainly a one story house with a bedroom that has 2 single beds and a queen size Murphy bed (on request for set up) located on the second floor. This house also has 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each room and the living room (as mentioned) has a queen Hide-a -bed. This is a home not just a house and it will create a very wonderful homey and memorable stay.

I have an outside fry station and BBQ for deep frying and frying bacon. All deep frying with 1/2 inch or more cooking oil has to be fried outside.

Tacoma visit

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, inviting home. The kitchen is well equipped for those who enjoy cooking. The property manager responds quickly to any questions.

Why they chose this property

This is a very quiet neighborhood. The homes on my street are all a little less than an acre. I have a large back yard to enjoy reading and sitting and enjoying the serenity of my property.

What makes this property unique

This is a well kept 7/8 of an acre property with a swing set for the kids. Patio with a Propane BBQ and a Fry Station is always available for your use. Parking is large enough for 3 cars and can be padlocked for extra safety. It is also an all fenced yard to either keep kids in or Critters out. Just FYI, I have a dinner menu available.
