After taking in the breathtaking views of the Gulf and morning happenings of beach life, start your day off with an invigorating shower in you private full bath, with separate sink and dressing area.
The second bedroom sleeps four and is outfitted with 4 twin bunk beds, a large closet and a pretty blue dresser with book shelves. Large windows provide views of beautiful Florida palms and Estero Blvd.. The second bathroom is just down the hall and decorated with ocean quirky décor.
Located adjacent to the cheery yellow entry way is a convenient secretary nook with desk, chair, desk lamp and large window. This area is perfect for sending a postcard home from sunny Florida, or setting up your laptop to connect with family and friends on the wireless internet.
The kitchen opens to the dining room and living room allowing you to chat and socialize while you cook your meals. Seashells and happy seagulls decorate the dining room with a large dining table and six high-back leather chairs.
The beautiful balcony is accessed via large sliding glass doors in the living room that create a wall of windows to the endless views of the Gulf of Mexico. The comfortable couch, matching cushy arm chair and blue gingham storage ottoman complement a large media center that includes a T.V. and DVD player and provides ample space to accommodate for a vacationers’ books or video game consoles.
The gulf facing balcony overlooking the beach includes ample seating with two chairs, love seat and small coffee table. A small breakfast table with two chairs is ideal for having your morning cup of coffee or relaxing with friends and evening drinks at the end of the day.
The condo has a private, in-condo, washer and dryer conveniently located behind a louver door off the kitchen.
The views are breathtaking, the beach is white and pure; but don’t forget there is a pool, hot tub and shuffleboard courts to check off on everyone’s with list! With 7 miles of white sugar sand beach right outside your door you’ll never long for something to do. For our guests with allergies this condo has been designated both smoke free and pet free.
The Riviera Club is conveniently located to shops, CVS, dining, banking, and the Beach Movie theater. Travel a few minutes south and you will come upon Lovers key State Park. Guided tours are available that will allow you to enjoy you beautiful wild birds and waterways. Take the trolley and head north bound to check out Times Square and the great local bands and night life.
